wifiが使えるところで探したのに使えなかった。朝食付きなのにマフィンが1つだけだった。

ツーソンジェムショー期間に泊まったので、周辺へのアクセスはとても良かった。フロントに部屋のライトがつかないと伝えたら、ちゃんとその日のうちに直っていたのはよい。バスの乗り方や一日券などの買い方を聞いたら、知らないとそっけない返事だったので、ちょっと不親切だと感じた。

近くにコンビニと、ホテルの隣にご飯屋さんがあり、便利が良かったです。 部屋によって電子レンジと冷蔵庫も完備されています(ない部屋もありました)。 部屋も広く、シャンプーなどのアメニティもあり、快適でした。 また利用させていただきます。

ツーソンのジェムショーに行くのに利用しました。スタッフさんがフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は女性でもまぁ我慢できるかなといった清潔さでした。

GEMショー開催時に利用しました。 立地が良くとても便利でした。

良かった点 ・ジェムショーを見に行くことが目的だったので会場ホテルであることはとてもよかった。 ・スタッフの感じがよかった ・近くにレストラン１件、ファーストフード１件、コンビニ１件がある。 ・朝食がおいしかった（フルーツ、ベーグル、マフィン、トースト、シリアル、クリームチーズ、コーヒーなど） 良くなかった点 ・ホテルのカードキーが夜戻ってくると開錠できずいちいちフロントに言いにいかなければいけなかった。（６泊したので６回） ・２台ある自販機がどちらも使用できなかった。 ・部屋の電気が３箇所切れていて暗かった。 ・窓が固く、とても開けづらかった。 ・壁の塗装が剥げて床にバラバラ落ちていた。 ・２名で宿泊なのにシャンプー、コンディショナーなどが１つしかなかった。 ・シャワーの温度調整ができなかった。（少し熱め） ・2階建てでエレベーターがないので重いスーツケースの上げ下げが大変だった。

ジェムショーの会場ホテルになっていて立地は良かったので、会期中に予約が取れたらもっと良かったです。フロントの対応は良かったです。ライトが新しく変えたもののようでしたがビニールが全てはがされていなかったのが気になりました。

去年もこのホテルに同じ時期に泊まりました。ツーソンミネラルショーを見て回るには最高の場所だと思います。

Todo muy bien

Tome la decisión de hospedarme en este hotel por el desayuno incluido, el cual fue totalmente un fra caso. Una hora parada haciendo fila para un waffle hecho por mi misma. Entiendo que es un desayuno continental pero he tenido mejores experiencias bajo el mismo concepto. Definitivamente No volvería.

El hotel está excelente por el precio, si vas de compras nada más y lo ocupas para dormir está muy bien.

Habitación limpia pero un olor feo en el cuarto, el baño ya está muy viejo y no se ve bien, la plancha no sirvió.

Roaches. Dirty food in microwave. Stains on bedspread. Found a long black hair on the towels. Dried urine on toilet seat. Basically hasn't been cleaned at all. Probably needs a fumigator. 0/10 do not recommend and pray I get a refund.

Los cuartos necesitan pintarse. Desayuno muy básico solo 1 wafflera y no hay tanta variedad a comparación de otros Quality inn

Absolutely disgusting!!! Within the first hour of being there two cockroaches the size of half dollars and a smaller roach were in my room. I immediately contacted the front desk. The lady working told me she couldn’t switch my room because it’s possible other cockroaches are in that room to so what’s the point? Those are her words exactly. She also told me she couldn’t give me a refund, but she could come to check the room, kill the cockroach and give me my deposit back and there’s no Manager on property. I had no choice but to stay in this room as it was late and I had to work early in the morning as I go to get into bed I then realize the comforter is crusty and the sheets These were not stained they were dirty! The night stand next to the bed, had marijuana and trash in it the floor had hair ties and trash on it and the management Tammy is aggressive, rude and very argumentative!

Fix facility, clean carpets, fix furniture, better breakfast and need professional front desk people

Pool is indefinitely closed, and when you see the picture of it you'll see why. Front desk staff was horribly rude to everybody she spoke to while I was there to check in. I'm also going to add that she apparently doesn't know how to program a key card because four people came up during that time and had to get rekeyed. In the room you'll see that there's a giant sticky trap next to the air conditioner. There's also drywall over the floor by that wall, looks like it came from the ceiling where the curtain track has been hung. There was something gross stuck to the bottom of one of the sinks, and something blue sticking out of the drain of the other. There were several sinking spots in the floor as well, on the second floor. It's in a horrible and loud neighborhood, surrounded by random homeless encampments. Breakfast had juice sitting at room temperature because the machine doesn't work, gravy smeared all over that corner of the cabinet that was apparently supposed to be biscuits and gravy, and a waffle burning in the waffle iron, or possibly just waffle stuff on the back of it, I'm not sure I did not look closely but I could smell it. No coffee either morning And tables were disgusting both. Sunday morning a completely different front desk person was very rude to somebody asking for ice as they had been instructed to by a sign on every ice machine building.

Checkin dauerte Ewigkeiten, langsamstes Personal das wir bis jetzt erlebt haben. Qualität sehr schlecht, alles kaputt (Möbel, Armaturen im Bad, Steckdose, Loch im Boden).
