The pool was closed for maintenance. That is not acceptable for a family traveling with small children when we specifically choose to stay at a hotel with a pool for entertainment.

The night was fine until we started to shower. The tub would not drain I called the front desk she said she would call maintenance to come straight down. I told her we needed to get on the road. An hour and a half later we checked out the tub was still stopped up but had drained some. I checked out and the response was “Sorry this happened.”

The location of the property was great. There were restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive.

Room was very comfortable & chic. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

Better than expected. I stay at the Crowne 3 times a year, and I’d rather stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast was typical but good. The Crowne is twice the price and the rooms are beat up.

Average aging property. Front desk staff not overly friendly or helpful. Cleaning staff very nice and tried to get to our room everyday.

Customer service was amazing. I’m very clean.

The only thing that was difficult was in getting to the restaurant. We had to go outside to another motel and it was a long way for me.

Don’t normally give a bad review but really disappointed in this stay. The booking said would be $40 for a pet but charged $75. When showed the booking said 3rd party and will inform management but still charged the full $75. Not sure how they get away with this!!! Coffee area and breakfast was very low stock and areas dirty. No milk or spoons. Waited 20 mins to replenish. We were at breakfast for 9am and nothing left. Staff were friendly but the hotel was a disgrace. Second visit to a holiday inn express in the past few months and both have a huge disappointment. Will definitely not return.

I like this property because it’s in shopping district and connected to Crown Plaza and the front desk staff is knowledgeable and nice!

Our overnight stay was amazing. Will definitely use this hotel again if in the area.

Breakfast is offered. However there was no coffee, no eggs, and no milk. Yogurt was also empty. Juice machine was all water. Not the greatest experience. Room was clean

This is an older hotel trying to look new. Pics don’t tell you there is a massive Crown Plaza on the backside of the Holiday Inn. Rooms updated but not done well, just sloppy retrofit work. Breakfast was low grade. Not a terrible hotel, just know it’s not the Ritz.

Lovely place to stay off the freeway for one night. Accommodations pets, so this was good for us.

We loved the suite. Also, Anthony was very attentive and helpful!

Place was dark and dingy. Stained carpet in hallway. Check in clerk was virtually uncommunicative and was not welcoming. Won’t ever come again!

Excellent breakfast. Clean hotel.
