It was good!

Booked 2 club rooms incl. breakfast and paid in advance, however, they were fully occupied when arrived. Reception gave us club room access without any cash back for the price gap. Regretting that they attempted to claim the charge of breakfast, but I refused it due to their misunderstanding and miss communication only. Furthermore, someone clicked the room door 2 times at 21:30 and 0:00 with much scary. Hotel was nice, but overall we were not comfortable by above reason.

場所はユニオンビルが目の前にある良い立地。 朝食は種類が少なく、ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝはﾛﾋﾞｰのﾚｽﾄﾗﾝしかない。 部屋は少し古いが広くて快適。 ﾎﾞﾄﾙｳｵｰﾀｰが初日のみで残念。

タクシーをお願いしていたのに、朝タクシーが来なくて改めて呼んでもらった。それから前日と当日値段がかなり違った。 次の移動に時間が無く、ギリギリになってしまった。 ホテル迎えがあるけど、普通のタクシーより倍近く高い。場所が少し不便なので、その面にはもう少し考えて欲しい。

ホテルの設備は非常に良かったが、サービスが安定しない印象だった。 プランによる可能性はあるが、アメニティは少なく、また前日にあったものが翌日には用意されていないことがあった(特にタオル)。 朝晩のビュッフェは、ある程度の選択肢があり良かったと思う。特に、朝のビュッフェはサラダ、フルーツ、パン等が充実し、非常に良かった。 夜は毎日生演奏をしていた。

連れがタクシーの中に忘れ物をしたのですが、電話を掛けてくれたり 迅速な対応をしてもらえた。 ロビー空間が広々としていた。

Everything was very nice. The staff were amazing. The food was great. If I had to find something to complain about it would be the building needs some TLC. The phone in the room didn't work, light switch was a little finicky etc.

Breakfast was fantastic - cooked to order omelettes and every imaginable tasty breakfast option provided.

Everything was great

Formerly the Sheraton. Staff were great. The property was dated. Someone jumped into the elevator who was not a hotel guest and propositioned me. Luckily he got off before I reached my room floor, but it was unsettling.

Property is good but has deteriorated. Most Staff looked miserable.. dinning options were good. Still reasonable though

Freundlicher Empfang. Upgrade. Sehr hilfsbereit. Restaurant sehr gut: gute Qualität und liebevolles Arrangement auf den Teller n. Reizender Service. Sichere Umgebung.

The property looked nice and well kept. The room was specious and the floors looked clean and shiny all the time.

They abould change electronics to latest tech
