I did not stay there. They did not allow check in after midnight

Needs maintenance.

No coffee machine but there is sugar cream and coffee packs as a decor.. No clothes hangers but there is a closet with no (doors) No iron but there is an ironing board. And ofcourse there is a nightstand but the bulbs are burnt. I called the front desk twice no changes I went to them they said ok we are working on it.. Guess what (nothing) happened from 8:00pm until 10:52am next day they didn’t do anything about it.. they didn’t even apologize. But within 12 minutes from 10:52 am until 11:04am the called the room twice as a (friendly reminder) for the 11:00 am check out. I wish I can add videos to the comment to share my lovely experience

Horrible!

I make a reservation and they call me three hours before to cancel the reservation. This is bad business. I came all the way from Mississippi and he called me said he didn’t have no too bad in the bedroom. You only have one.

It was ok

I arrived at 2:30 AM after a delayed trip. Office was closed and dark. Wmergency number posted for 'After Hours' service. Reservation said check in was any time after 3pm. There was no note that the office would close, and not open until the next day. Called main, and Emegency numbers, no answer. Chatted with Hotels.com, they also could not get anyone. I was gorced to make another reservation at another hotel. They actually had the neeve to charge me for NO SHOW.

Absolute filthy. Walls floors dirty large gaps around door when shut. I refused to stay there.

The hotel cancelled my rooms the morning I was to arrive. The lady at front desk had very ignorant & nasty attitude. Then stated the hotel was booked.I had to find another hotel.

The room itself was nice and majority of it was clean. I will say that this place isn’t a hotel, it’s an apartment building lol. Whole families live there and it is extremely noisy. The children use the building and parking lot as a play place. They aren’t rude or anything just know that it can get rather noisy,

The hotel office closed at 11 pm, Expedia reservation never had the check in details . I have been charged for 1 night stay for not even able to get into room .the hotel staff never answered calls

Loved it

I had a nice stay away from home which was needed. But, the room wasnt as clean. I had to change my own sheets and blanket. The floor was dirty, and the neighbors were loud and rude.

Not a decent hotel. Horrible smell and stink all over the place. Needs to learn customer service and courtesy not welcoming at all.

This Was The Worst Stay Ever…. Very unsafe place not up to code very much slapped together no front desk from 1am Till 8am I Had No Tissue had to get my own! They should have paid me for staying there and very unclean
