I had a great time staying in Bayview Park Hotel Manila. All staff are helpful, very responsive and accommodating. And this hotel is very child-friendly.

The room is clean and location is perfect for my US visa interview the next day. To make the experience better, there 's a bulb that wasn't working in the shower area. Also, the TV-cable reception was poor.

Hotel is outdated but still rated it 5/5 for its cleanliness, comfort, breakfast buffet (the coffee was great), and of course its location. It 's just a few meters away from top attractions in Manila like Intramuros, the National Museums, Luneta Park and 1 jeepney ride away from Binondo. Will definitely book here again.

Rooms are clean. All crews are nice. Only issue the other room is not as cold as our room.

A classic room perfect for 2 persons. Room is very spacious and clean. Also, the service is great. Kudos to the staff of the hotel. However, the hair blower is not working, the housekeeping and engineering staff did their best to resolve the situation. Will definitely come back😊

They didn't say they needed a 1,000 pesos deposit. Also, only 1 key card was given.

The room looked great, it 's super clean and tidy. The hotel itself looks fantastic. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast because everything is delicious.

While the staff was very friendly and the security guard was helpful. My room was not exactly what is written in my booking; There was no window, no bath tub and it was written in my reservation information. There was only one gadget outlet socket and it is very far from the bed. Lastly, the bathroom doesn't have bath mat and the worst was the shower was not working, only the water faucet was working that I had to use a cup it fill it with water. I was too tired from my flight to move to another room so I let it past although the shower was the very last thing I notice I could've informed the front desk if I knew it before. Nonetheless, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the place is very safe.

The power was shutdown during our stay.

Good customer service, breakfast is well prepared and the location is just near the city especially the US embassy.

Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Very near Intramuros where my meeting in the morning was at. Convenience stores, ATMs, restaurants very close to the hotel. Free parking for guests’ cars available. If you need to go to Mass, the Ermita Church is just behind it. Great wifi, air conditioning, etc. Downside: the hot water was kind of slow. Was it just in Room 1208? But overall, awesome hotel!
