Very clean hotel and good staff

立地は良かったと思います。部屋も広くて快適でした。毎日なにかしらのサービスでエッグタルトなど届きます。ただ細かい点が気になりました。1人旅ではなくカップルとか家族旅行の方がサービスはいいかも。 また同じフロアに改装中の部屋があり工事してたり、部屋にフックというか服をかける場所がなかったり、エレベーター？外の車？の音がうるさかったりしました。あと、団体客が多いのでエレベーターがなかなか来ない時間帯があるので注意です。 接客とかは良かったです

設備自体が少々古いため、シャワーの温度調整が少し面倒でした。それ以外は特に気になる事はありません。

中心地から少し離れているのですが徒歩圏内にあり、きれいなホテルでした。

スタッフが全体的にキビキビとしていて大変気持ちの良いホテルでした。ベルボーイ、レセプション、朝食会場のウェイター、最上階レストランのマネージャー、全て期待以上のサービスでした。最上階のレストランもミシュラン１つ星だけあり、上品で美味しかったです。 ただ一つ、無料のミネラルウォーターのボトルが2泊目に補充されていなかったので問い合わせたところ、滞在期間中に大瓶一本のみサービスとの事でした。今まで他のホテルでそういうシステムは聞いた事が無かったので、少々驚きましたが（初日で飲み切ってしまった）このクラスのホテルならば毎日サービスしてくれるか、初めにそう言った注意書きが有っても良いかなと思いました。細かい事ですが、2人で泊まっているのにチョコレートが部屋に1つしか置いていないとか、妙なところで少しケチな感じがして、折角5つ星なのだから値段をほんの少し上げてでもその辺りをもう少しサービスしてくれた方が印象が良いのにと思いました。

Alles sehr träge und im Frühstück ausser 2 Personen ( Brasilianer) alle unfreundlich und sehr langsam. Im Zimmer Fernseher zu klein. Reinigungs Leute sind sehr gut. Im Fitnessraum ist der Boden extrem schmutzig und voll mit Trainern und den Kunden. Der Pool ist super schön und warm. Aber auch da 2 Personen vor Ort die sehr gelangweilt einem Antwort geben. Das Hotel wäre super, aber da muss jemand die Führung übernehmen und das Personal trainieren. Die Mitarbeiter am Eingang sind sehr freundlich.

The staff at Altis Grand are first class. Service was impeccable throughout our stay. Room was very nice, beds very comfortable, bathroom/shower were excellent. Hotel is located in the financial district so can’t walk to tourist spots but easy uber rides to anywhere u want to go.

The Hotel in the center and every close to many attractions . The staff are very very helpful they, every request we maid was attended to. we also had 6 nights at the hotel booked through Expedia and when we wanted to visit Porto the hotel transferred 2 nights to Altis Hotel in Port. thanks to Claudia the receptionist for taking the extra efforts to transfer our booking. the hotel in port was beautiful and new. Breakfast can be improved little bit, thanks again for the hotel staff for making our stay enjoyable

Tolles Hotel mit Pool, Gym, Roof top Bar und sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Ambiente ist gediegen und für jede Art von Reisen, Meeting, Ferien oder einfach Städtereise. Wir kommen gerne wieder…👍

Very clean rooms with enough space for a family of 3. Very kind staff and very rich breakfast. The hotel is in a nice location at the city center and you can easily walk to the old town center or use the subway as 2 stations are located nearby.

Good property but whilst checking we didn’t have a good experience as the receptionist came across very rude and probably seemed racist unwelcoming. Being our first time in Portugal and at the first hotel was disappointing.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité des transports mais aussi du centre historique à pied. Très propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. Enfin la chambre est très bien équipée. Je recommande vivement.

El trato de las personas del hotel, es excepcional. Los servicios excelentes. La ubiación tiene una muy buena comunicación
