I stayed with my cat. She likes the room because it was quiet.

It was fine. But the smell in the hallways was awful. Like chicken pot pie. Hallways were dirty and warm- no central air in hall. Room was fine.

I enjoyed my stay. It was a little home away from home.

Professional and convenient

Clean place, clean room, nice and friendly staff. Price is very good too

Walking distance to Aldi and restaurants. We were in town for a graduation and spent 4 days. Easy reach of Bradley International. Our room was comfortable and clean.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant. The only negative was the weak WiFi and poor cell phone signal. I had to pay for any connectivity.

The property was convenient and it was quiet. However, the room lacked a carpet; the TV wasn't working and I needed to fix it,: the bathroom lacked safety bars in the tub; a soiled towel was left as a floor mat in the bathroom; the room had an overall "cold and unwelcoming" feeling.

Our state was very good we were comfortable. It was clean and convenient to where we were going

The room was very dirty, stains on the bed, and during the night someone was trying to open our door.

Room was reasonable. Breakfast is not breakfast, it is a mini muffin and coffee or tea.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Had a fairly bad experience. When first arrived stood at counter for several minutes while young man just sat in chair in back before he came to check me in. After checking in and getting to room went down to get the dishes that is being advertised as well as when I called it was verbally told to me that yes dishes come with the room. When went to get them I was told they were out. So had no way to cook for my family that night, very inconvenient as I booked a room with kitchen for a reason. The next morning a very helpful employee, washed up some dishes so had them in the room. We had a half roll toilet paper and no extras in room, so had to go and get that. The hair dryer did not work at all, was even checked by an employee. Overall a bad experience with this hotel, with not having enough utensils to supply all their guest, room not fully stocked, and appliances not working.

Nice and clean

Comes w a small full kitchen, had to request dishes/utensils/etc - even a coffee pot! Dish package came for 2 people, don’t know if you could get more. Didn’t have forks, bowls - glad I could get by w what they had…

We got a very nice room - the hotel upgraded us at no charge, since the type of room I booked was not available.We have stayed here before, and it always seems like they don't have enough dishes, silverware, etc. for all the rooms. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Had trouble w/satellite tv, we were told was due to rainy weather.

The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable (but could have had a couple more pillows and the sheets were not soft). There was a kitchen in the room which was a big plus for me (except for the noisy fridge in the middle of the night). There were a couple of areas which need touch-up painting. A more concerning issue was that the floor of the shower was slippery which could cause someone to fall. Also, I had to unplug the TV twice to reset it before I could get the remote to work and there was an alarn clock which I couldn't get to work but then it went off in the middle of the night. It was good enough for a one night stay.
