All staffs are very kind. The room is wide for us (we have many pieces of big baggage). But we did not have housekeeping once.

1週間に一回の部屋掃除サービスをやってくれると言ったのにやってくれなかった。 部屋のエアコンがうるさい。 部屋の窓のロックが壊れいる。暫定対応として棒を置いて開き防止している。

価格の割に清潔で、広く、冷蔵庫もあり快適でした。ただ、ベッドメークに入ってくれないので、少々困りました。ベッドメークは特に必要がないのですが、シャンプーやトイレットペーパーの補充がないので、その点が少々不満でした。

このホテルは基本的に長期滞在客向けのホテルと思われる。周囲のホテルと比べてこのホテルややや安価な価格帯であり、自炊用キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、包丁類、什器類を備える。その一方で、ルームクリーニングがない（数日に1回？）、コーヒー豆、シャンプー類、歯ブラシ、剃刀の提供がない、などのコスト削減がされている。それらを持ち込むか、あるいはスーパーに買いに行ける客にとっては十分快適に過ごせると思われるが、そうでない客にとっては不便を感じることがあるかもしれない。

Hotel smelled horrible. Room desperately needed renovation. Broken furniture. Has kitchen but no dishes or utensils. No desk clerk availabile. Needed to wait over ten minutes to check in.

I would not stay again. I tried canceling, but would not give refund since booked via expedia. The bathroom shower curtains smelled. They need to throw those away and replace with new ones at this point. Whole building was dirty. They NEED to clean or hire more cleaning staff to do a deep cleanse of the entire hotel. I did not trust the bed sheets either. Towels were stained. Just bad experience and would NEVER stay here again.

Bathroom was dirty with out towels, no utensils, loud people at 2:00am etc…

Affordable.

Not so good stood in the lobby 15 minutes waiting for someone to come check us in, no coffee pot only one chair to sit and eat at the table.

Very nice, quiet. Everything was nice. Staff was very friendly. When needing anything we were able to get it no problem.

Dirty, old hotel... Definitely a last resort option. The room had a kitchen but you had to pay extra for any dishes. The staff was very nice but I am very glad we only stayed 1 night.

Very loud and rambunctious.

I did not like that the hotel staff were using a drill at 1:00 am.

Decent size room but they didn't have linens for sleeper sofa then tried to charge me extra for those linens. No dishes in the kitchen. They only had 2 towels in the room that was reserved for 4 adults, and when I went to get more (because they won't bring anything to your room) they said they have been out of towels for over a week. I won't be staying at this property in the future. So if you want a place to sleep take just 1 shower and not eat, this is your place. No vending machines or any kind of food sold here and it is not staffed 24/7. No one there over night if you need anything. Not to sound all bad, they do have a tv and toilet paper in their rooms.

Enough small things were bad to say i shouldve just paid a little more. Always waiting on someone to show up at the front desk, some of the room was upgraded but I'm 45 and the fridge and range were easily as old as me. Never seen a range that old, fridge made weird noises all night long. Cheap tub surround with mildew on all seams. Elevator out of service and we were on the 3rd floor. Nothing tremendously bad but overall this place is well below average.

Property is run down and would have not stayed if we knew

People left their chip bags in the hall ways.

The room needed alot of work. Door was de-laminated, flooring was dirty, walls were dirty, shower caulk covered up mold. Decided to not use the shower because of this. No blankets for the pull out bed. Counertops were stained and dirty. 2 towels for a room that sleeps 5. Cabinets were in bad shape and dirty. Would not recommend this property

The hotel needs to be refreshed, the carpet seems worn and sticky everything is dated, nice sized rooms but poor condition

Need to improve the availability of staff when trying to check in later.
