スタッフは大変フレンドリーで、要望にも素早く快く応じてくれました。また、忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、こちらが気がつく前に電話で知らせていただきました。大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。

Good place for an affordable room. Breakfast area is nice. Parking can be a bit tight but manageable .

Decent stay

A part la vue extérieure je n'ai jamais vue un hôtel aussi dégueulasse !!! Heureusement que javais ma literie sinon je couchais dans l'auto,Tapis pas de balayeuse, vitre miroir,porte du frigo noir, assiette de micro onde sale toilette dégueulasse plancher pas laver depuis ???? Et non remboursable je ne parle pas assez bien anglais pour m'expliquer ont est aller acheter du nettoyant avant meme de toucher à quelque chose, notre voisin de chambre un travailleur nous a dit que c'est lui qui nettoyait meme le bbq extérieur, piscine vide le bain épouvantable !! Et je vous dit qu'ont a pas marcher nue pied ont fait le tour du BC depuis 8 jours et ont voyage beaucoup mais ca c'est du jamais vue!!!

Easy, clean, helpful. Only hiccup was 24 hour access to water/juice etc. But door was locked at 5am when we left so had to leave our keys in the room.

Checked in very early as was working nite shift and was to be there for a shutdown at coaldale McCain plant. Had to share with another coworker who also had no room booked online

It is an aged hotel but the price was fair based on that. Staff was great

The breakfast was basic but adequate. The rooms are old but clean and have no smell. The staff were all friendly, efficient and informative. Only complaint is the size of the toilet in my room which was extremely small and very low. Would stay at this location again.

My Lincoln Town car was keyed during our one night stay. The first room they offered us the bathroom lights did not work. Will not stay again.

Staff are wonderful…extremely helpful…..all comforts necessary when you are looking for something simple…..will definitely be returning

I booked a room through Expedia with my KOHO Master Card and the payment went through. When I went to check in, they would not accept my KOHO Master Card for check in and deposit. Expedia contacted the Econo Lodge to request a refund on my behalf, but motel management refused to give me a refund. They took my money but denied me service. They ripped me off. I will be filling a complaint with their corporate office as well as with Alberta Government Consumer Complaints and Investigations. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

We had a good stay

Good location, good kitchenette great value for money too.

The front desk person (s) were both very nice people and very helpful. My one and only issue is that the bedside clock doesn’t keep proper time. It was correct when I turned the light off but was 2 hours fast when I woke up!
