電源コンセントの位置が使えない位置です、当日が寒かったからかもしれないですが、暖房温度を上げても　室温上昇に時間が要して寒く感じました

Our room was clean but the ceiling of bathroom was not.

The room was dirty with gums on the headboard and dirty bathroom floor moldy shower. Overall room smels bad. And worse of all the heater wasn't working. I called the front desk and no one answered my call. I had to go sleep in my car which wasnt very comfortable.

The room was very dirty. There vas vegrants panhandling at door. The shower did not work at all. There was a broken chair in the room. Poor electrical service by bed. Noisy area of Lethbridge.

Checked in on my first night of a five night stay and the heat did not work in the room. The door did not lock. The tv did not work. There was “certain” individuals hanging around outside my room and some were even witnessed “intoxicated” not with alcohol. I tried talking to the front desk to which I was told only the manager could help me. I cancelled my reservation and left. I’ve tried contacting the manager multiple times over the last three weeks for a refund or a partial one and no one has been to call me back to rectify the situation.

Dirtiest room I ever booked, including a cigarette butt right in the sofa bed.

Place was cold when we arrived. Had to go twice to see about fixing heater. Was then given portable heater. Carpet was filthy dirty. Coffee maker didn’t work Hair in bathtub Tile grout was filthy. Would not recommend will not stay there again. Run forest run
