Excellent hotel located in the downtown area. The bathrooms, particularly the shower area needs some improvement. Otherwise it is fine.

インド料理を出すレストランが3つ入っていて、食事に力を入れているホテルです。ホテルは大通りに面していますが、往来が激しいので散歩する環境ではありません。徒歩3分くらいのビル4階にスーパーsparがあります。 部屋は特に浴室に古さが目立ちますが、広いしそれなりに落ち着きます。ただ、セルフのウォシュレットの水圧が強いので負傷しないように気をつけてください。

安定したサービスと、インドでは貴重なことに、徒歩圏にスーパー（SPAR）があります。 ハイデラバードではここ以外は宿泊したことがないですが、コスパはいいとも思います。

It is quite convinent to get to SPAR (HYPERMARKET) in India Their service is quite comfortable.

Hositapilty and their serive still remain unchaged good when I stayed before. I will stay in next business trip

コンセルジェが最高でした。 ビジネス利用で、車手配合をホテル経由だと高いので コンセルジェが諸々他の手段でやってくれました。 ただ、早朝のアザーンが慣れないとつらいです。

イギリス文化を十分に感じる素敵な設えと礼儀正しいスタッフの皆さんが好印象です。部屋も食事も申し分ありません。スパのトイレが故障やクローゼットの立て付け不良といった少々のアラはありますが総じて快適です。

Good but needs big improvements otherwise this should be 4* hotel I will begin with good points - All staff polite - All staff very accommodating - Nice little gym but having water bottles would be helpful Now the bad points - Room is very outdated with signs of wear showing - If you aren’t quick, the lifts won’t stop and you could end up hurting yourself - Location of hotel is nearby nothing vaguely interesting - I was initially given a room which had several bugs and insects on the ceiling skirting board (the staff gave me a new room instantly) - Breakfast is very limiting - The cleaners need to do much better as the new room I was given still had hairs in the bathroom from previous guest and throughout my stay, it was never cleaned - Very limited amenities - Very far from airport

Excellent place

Clean, well-run property. Excellent water temperature and pressure in the shower. Everything in the room worked and thoughtfully designed, except the "master switch" for the lights that needs to be on for anything else to work, but it turns ALL the lights on! A bit inconvenient if you wake up in the middle of the night - a common occurrence due to jet lag. Food quality in the restaurants within the hotel was good, but not great, as compared to Park Hyatt (where I stayed last time). If you're comfortable walking on the busy, city streets of India, there are good dining options nearby, such as Jalpaan vegetarian buffet (5 min walk) and 10 Downing Street pub (10 min walk). I had a room overlooking the pool. It was a very relaxing view, especially because of the lots of trees behind the pool, both within the property and beyond. Great location for me as I needed to be close to Ameerpet and Secunderabad. Not so close to hitec city or the airport.

Evryo at the hotel made you feel at home very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend

Only the Lobby looks good but room is like a junkyard. Why should pay for them keep their lobby clean without a good ambiance in room. I am not sure how one would pay >$200 per night.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The restaurants on site are good. Chef Srinivas is very helpful in explaining the dishes for the breakfast buffet and their service there is excellent

My fourth stay at this hotel and each time I feel is better than the last. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Hotel is gorgeous. My room was very spacious and well organized and equipped.

It’s great ancient hotel . Probably would have been good 10 years ago. We had no additional indoor shoes , extra toiletries in the room. The touch screens to the lights weren’t working . Pretty outdated location for the price of the property . Staff was amazing !
