部屋はとても広く、快適だった。テレビを着けても、画像がすぐフリーズしてしまい、ほとんど見られなかった。冷蔵庫がないので、ビールなどを保存できないのが残念。バルコニーから外に出て、風を感じることができたのが嬉しかった。

Cleaning staffs were friendly and well worked. Just one thing I want to ask them is that please knock the door upon entering the room. The room was clean. If the air conditioner could adjust the temperature, and if there was a refrigerator, it would be match better for me.

窓に隙間があり外の音が丸聞こえでした。朝晩は寒いです。

バスタブがあるのは非常に良い。熱いお湯もたっぷり使える。ベランダがあるのは気持ちがいい。施設は古いため遮音性は皆無。外の音は丸聞こえ、部屋からの音も外に丸聞こえ。エレベーターは2個あるうち一個が故障中、非常に不便。残りの一個も停電して途中で止まったり怖い思いをした。部屋のWi-Fiは全然使えない。総じてロケーションは良いので改修に非常に期待している。

Everything was excellent from the moment I checked in by this lovely lady at front desk. My room was very spacious and beautiful.

Personal amables y atentos, la propiedad está siendo renovada por lo que la habitación estaba en buenas condiciones. La ubicación es excelente. La cama era muy cómoda, mi estancia fue perfecta.

Excelente ubicación, el estacionamiento se paga aparte, las televisiones de todo el hotel no tienen streaming ni acceso a ninguna plataforma 🙄

Had another great stay. The staff everywhere is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is outstanding including their pizza. We ended up moving to a higher floor to reduce the noise.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Century Reforma. My buddy and I checked in around 2:00 PM, and the front desk staff were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early before the official time. It was a great first impression. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice city view, good air conditioning, and a cozy seating area that added to the ambiance. The bed was comfortable, and the washroom featured a jacuzzi‑style bathtub, which was a nice touch. Room service was prompt and friendly throughout our stay. The rooftop pool also offered a beautiful view of the city. Although we didn’t get the chance to use it, it definitely added to the appeal of the hotel. My buddy left after the first night, and I checked out early on my second night around 9:30 PM because I had a midnight flight. The staff asked me to note my early departure on the guest card. I complied, though I hope this information is used appropriately and that the room isn’t made available to others for the remainder of the night after my checkout. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
