フロントのチェックインを対応したフランス系の人は、非常に横柄な態度で驚きました。部屋は広くて清潔なだけに、残念でした。あと、ベルボーイにタクシーを頼むとぼったくられるので、自分でプチタクシーを拾う方が良いと思います。

5つ星ホテルだけあったとても快適で素敵でした。もし、湯沸かしポットなどティーセットがあれば、もっとよかったのにと思いました。

サハラ砂漠からの帰りでの滞在でしたので、ワルザザードで一番快適そうなこちらのホテルを選び正解でした。部屋も広くて清潔で、疲れも取れました。スイミングプールもとても快適で良いです。ワルザザードに来る時はまたここに宿泊しようと思います。マラケシュで同じレベルのホテルに宿泊したら、倍以上のお値段なのではないかと思います。

夫婦でレンタカーでモロッコを1周した時に宿泊しました。他のホテルは外見だけ豪華で中身は全くイケてない事が多いのですが、ここはやや古いながらかなり綺麗で上質でした。この旅行を通して最もよいホテルのひとつでした。部屋も広くてゆっくりリラックスできました。なにしろ食事中にハエがいないのが素晴らしい。他に泊まったホテルは上級クラスのホテルでも軒並みハエがいたので、感動しました。現地の安宿希望でなければ、アトラス山脈を抜けて砂漠へ行く際にはここのホテルで是非休息していくべきです（他のクチコミが今ひとつであった理由がむしろ不明です）。

全体的にはまあ良いがお風呂の水回りが悪く流れにくい。

ワルザザードでホテルを調べた結果こちらが一番素敵そうなので、予約をしました。 ハリウッド映画の撮影が近郊である場合は、撮影隊や大物俳優も宿泊するホテルと聞いていたので、期待を旨にホテルに向かいましたが、実際のホテルは予想道りとても豪華で素敵でした。そして部屋の内部もとても清潔で、快適でした。若干室内の照明が暗いことが難点でしたが、バスルームは明るくて、部屋にあったホテルのアメニティも良かったです。 ワルザザードに宿泊するなら、またこちらを選びたいと思います。

まあまあ良かったと思いますが食事（ビュッフェ）は微妙でしょうか。美味しいと思ったものは何一つなく、ガイドブック等を見て食事を楽しみにしていた私には不満でした。またインターネットはロビーでしか繋がらなくて部屋はNGとのこと、そういった情報は不足でした。

Hôtel magnifique, très bien situé. Malheureusement la nourriture n'est pas au niveau des infrastructures de ce 5 étoiles.

Très bon séjour au Berbère Hôtel à Ouarzazate. L’établissement propose de très bonnes infrastructures : ✅ Salle de sport bien équipée ✅ Piscine agréable et propre ✅ Spa relaxant, parfait pour se détendre ✅ Nourriture savoureuse, avec des plats bien présentés ✅ Cadre calme et reposant, idéal pour déconnecter Un lieu confortable et bien entretenu, parfait pour un séjour détente. Je recommande !

The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate

À notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli par une hôtesse d’accueil et nous avons pu nous restaurer sans problème, par contre pas de navette aéroport hôtel , nous avons dû prendre un taxi qui en a profité

Just wow !!! The location is a 6 stars hotel !!

Great hotel with amazing staff and facilities. Peacefull oasis to recharge. We only ate on premise 1 time at lunch and food was average and overpriced. On day 3 we asked for in-room coffee pods to find out it was only included for the first night (of a 4 day stay). Based on price of hotel room, we found this is a bit cheap for a luxury hotel (at $3US per… for Nepresso)… little details amenitities are nice, but coffee is a simple miss. Pool service was amazing… Hotel has a lot of bus tours staying but it doesn’t impact the tranquility of our stay…

Sophisticated well run hotel

This hotel is a bit overrated in my opinion. Pool area is ok-ish, found glass on the floor, and many bird droppings around the pool (this was a bit disgusting as it was then mixing with the pool water). Standard rooms are super small. Deluxe rooms much better. Breakfast was too expensive (35€/person). There is not much parking spots and cars have to stay outside (but it feels quite safe). Hotel store remained closed during the 2 days we were there, and access to the spa is limited. Service could be better for a 5-star hotel. Food at the pool was good (albeit with European prices). Ouarzazate in general is not that great, but it is super clean for a city in Morocco.

The staff was Moroccan personable, the room was clean and comfortable. All in all, a good, upscale place to stay. Didn't eat there because dining was considerably overpriced.
