ペルー市内だが紙も流せる水洗トイレで水量も十分だった。浴室のアメニティも非常にクオリティが高く満足。

Staff were very friendly, food was good, swimming pool was fantastic.

装飾や部屋の清潔さ対応に大満足です。早朝フライトの為いつものレストランでの朝ごはんが食べれなかったのと宿泊中SPAがいっぱいで予約できなかったことだけが残念です。

コンシェルジュの男のスタッフの態度が気に入らない。電気ポットの貸し出しを尋ねると、ポットは置いてないので欲しければ買えといわれた。買うなら店を紹介すると言われた。

ビジネススイートへのアップグレードを薦められたが、

ほとんど寝に変えるだけでしたが、不満もなく快適でした。タオルが少し湿っぽかったのが気になりました。空港からもそれ程遠くなくて、部屋も広かったです

美しく品格があります。 朝食も素晴らしい。スタッフの対応も早くて注意深く動いている。 spaがいっぱいで予約が取れないとき　別の近くのホテルの予約を入れてくれた。 疲れていたので助かりました。 ベットのスプリングが真中が沈み疲れた。その点のみが残念でした。

雑然とした市街地で、静かにゆっくり出来る環境です

Very good hotel staff and facilities, but should include free internet at least..

朝食のレストランのスタッフのサービスも素晴らしいし、朝食のバイキングもとても美味しかったです。とくにパンケーキ。 ロモサルタードなどペルー料理もあり。

Bad service at reception and staff never reply emails. Old smell in room and corridor . No shuttle bus service .

Exceptional hotel and service. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is elegant, very well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable, with excellent bed quality. The breakfast and overall dining experience were also outstanding. The location in San Isidro is excellent — a quiet, primarily residential neighborhood with tree-lined, clean, and safe streets. It offers easy access to Miraflores and Barranco (more lively areas with great dining options) as well as to Lima’s main attractions. A truly excellent stay, and we would gladly return.

"Top-notch hotel! The facilities are excellent, but the service truly steals the show. Sergio, Alejandra , jordans 👏👏 The breakfast spread is fantastic (10/10!)—it even includes local Peruvian dishes and Thai chicken. The pools and the on-site bar are a major highlight. I also loved the gym and massage services. Being able to book the golf simulator for an extra fee is a nice touch. Plus, the location in San Isidro is a huge variable now; it's known as one of the safest districts in Lima!
