窓からの眺めが素晴らしかったです。

すべてが最高です。従業員の自然でさり気ない心遣いなどからも、他のホテルとの格の違いを感じました。清潔な室内、美味しい朝食など、非の打ち所がありません。

レイク側がお勧めです。朝夕のレマン湖の美しい表情が楽しめます。 ホテル設備が充実しているので、プールやスパは是非行って見て下さい。

とにかくホテルの歴史を感じました。広い廊下、調度品、ホール・・・。サービスは全てハイレベルでした。 朝食はおすすめです。湖の眺めはとても良い。

モントルーでは1番良いと思います、高級感もありとても良かったです。 イタリアンやグリルレストラン、アメリカンな食事ばかりで、ローカルな食事が無かったのが残念でした。

先のお客さんの関係で予定の時間にチェックインできなかったのですが、その後の対応が素晴らしかったです。私の状況を直ぐに理解して、希望以上のものを提供してくれました。特に男性従業員の細部にまで目の行き届いた振る舞いには感服しました。そして、いつも感じることですが、一流ホテルに共通しているのは従業員の笑顔が素晴らしいことですね。

歴史があるホテルだけに、やはり設備や施設が古いのは歪めない。 でも、レマン湖を見下ろすビューも最高だし、何よりジャズフェス開催期間中だったので、 内外とも活気にあふれてました。

お買い物には、便利でした。お部屋にエスプレッソマシーンが、あり、お紅茶も充実していました。バスルームのシャワーのヘッドが、壊れていました。 場所は、便利ですが、少々お値段は、高めです。

部屋の照明やコーヒーメーカーが壊れていたが、伝えるとすぐに対応するスタッフの速さと共に迷惑をかけたとチョコレート盛り合わせをサービスしてくれました プールの心地良さ、サウナやジャグジーの設備も最高で部屋のバスルームは使いませんでした 毎日美味しいフルーツのサービスなど全てにおいて素晴らしいホテルでした

部屋、ロビー調度、など設備は文句なく豪華。バスルームは、２洗面台で、シャワーブースと大理石のバスタブが別々にある。石けんはチューラーハリス（英国）の高級品、スリッパとガウンでプールやジャグジーへいけるし、コンセントアダプターは電話をかけると身なりのいい客室かかりがすぐ運んできてくれた。エステのスタッフの対応もよかった。 しかし、チェックインした時の女性の応対は、何か決まった台詞をいっており、それを横から先輩男性スタッフがさえぎり感じ悪かった（英語で、残念ながら、、、と始めたとき）。その後、女性スタッフは部屋に案内するとき、全く荷物をひとつでももちましょうとかしなかった。また、案内する部屋がわからずに廊下のここでしばらくまっていろといって部屋をさがしにうろうろした。（美人でしたが、上辺のスマイルに感じた）コンセントアダプターを借りようと、フロントまで現物を持ってみせにあったら、何番へ電話しろといった。自分が電話しようとはしなかった。なんとなく東洋人に手を抜いている感じがした。朝ご飯のレストラン場所の説明がなかった。朝ご飯は覚悟していたより安かった、（別料金、ブッフェ形式、フルーツ豊富）

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything about the hotel felt well-maintained and professional. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Staff are friendly and the terrace is magy

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.The staff are outstanding. Polite, helpful with excellent English but prepared to humour my attempts at speaking French. The room was wonderful with an incredible view across the lake to the mountains. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the eggs Benedict cooked to order. The spa was good too. I could not recommend more

Terrible! El servicio es lo peor que he tenido en hoteles de esta calidad! Desde el check in la información que dan es errónea: dicen horarios en los que los niños pueden usar la alberca y cuando lo hacen, no se los permiten. El staff de recepción grosero. Dejan pasar a dos grupos antes sin explicación cuando éramos los siguientes en la línea y cuando les dices te contestan de regreso de forma grosera! Y ni siquiera saben que están en Suiza y no en Francia. Te tratan como si estuvieras en Paris. No vuelvo!!! Mil veces mejor Banyan Tree

My experience was somewhat disappointing, as it is considered one of the best hotels in Montreux and the service and facilities left something to be desired, starting with the room, which is quite simple and lacks basic amenities such as heated floors, or even carpeting, since in this cold season it is quite uncomfortable to get out of bed to go to the bathroom and find the floor so cold, and when you get out of the shower you feel immensely cold. The attention of the staff in general also leaves a lot to be desired, since sometimes they are not even friendly.
