ロンドン の中では非常にコストパフォーマンスが良いと思う。 スイートに泊まったが、広いし綺麗だしリーズナブル。 スパがないので系列(徒歩5分くらい)のホテルのスパに伺った。豪華ではないけど、今までの海外のスパの中では一番良かった。強めのマッサージが好きな人はおススメ スペイン料理のレストランはイマイチでした 朝食と夜食で食べたルームサービスは美味しかった モダンな新しいブティックホテルが好きな人には非常におススメ

スタッフの感じが良い

徒歩圏にビクトリアステーション、ナイツブリッジ、グリーンパーク等の駅があり便利、しかも静かなエリア。治安もよい場所です。ホテルスタッフのサービスも大変よく行き届いていますフロント、コンシェルジュはもちろん、レストランスタッフ、客室のお掃除のメイドさんまで良く教育されていると感じれる。きちんとしていて日本人の細かさに十分対応できるホテルだと思います。

ホテルの部屋にはウェルカムフルーツや手紙があり、また飲み物のサービスもあり素晴らしかったです。部屋のアメニティーも清潔感があり、充実していました。朝食もとてもおいしく、また名前を告げてないのに向こうは自分の名前や部屋番号を認識しているところは素晴らしかったです。ほかの連泊客に対しては、注文していないのに個人の嗜好を把握して好みの朝食を提供していたのも驚きでした。ただ、食事の時間に横の部屋でドローンによる撮影が行われており、うるさかったので、撮影があるのであれば事前に教えて欲しかったです（静かに食事をしたかったので）。

ロンドンの中心でどこへ行くのも便利なホテル。ホスピタリティも素晴らしい。さすが高級なホテルという感じ。ただ設備の点でトイレ、シャワーなど水まわりがもうひとつ。水圧が低い。ロンドンでも最近できた高層ホテルなどでは水圧の問題もなくウォッシュレットまで完備している。それがあれば言う事無し。

Beautiful and spacious room with very friendly and professional services. One of the very best boutique hotels with close access to the major tourist sites and business area. The hotel location is in a very quiet neighborhood right next to the Buckingham Palace Garden. If you intend to stay in the central London at the hotel with five star room standard and services yet with friendly hideaway atmosphere, this hotel should be on the top of your list.

コンシェルジュにレストランを予約してもらい、そのアドレスを受け取りタクシーに乗る。しかし、その場所に行ってもレストランがない。念のため、別のタクシーを止め、住所を見せると、やはりこの場所だという。近くの店の人に聞くと、スマホで検索までしてくれて地図を示し、「ぜんぜん違う場所、ほらここだよ」と教えてくれた。ホテルに戻り事情を話すと、「タクシーの運転手が勘違いしたのです。うちは正確な住所を書いています。災難でしたね」で終わり。いくら部屋がよくても（料金の割に普通でしたが）、ホテルはサービスが第一だと感じた滞在でした。

Beautiful spacious rooms. We did receive a room upgrade upon our arrival. Would recommend if you’re looking for a large room quiet area and close to Hyde Park. Only thing was I kept asking for cups and glasses and waters to be replaced everyday. They were not doing it with the house keeping which was annoying.

This is our favorite hotel for our London stays. It's a boutique hotel in a great location - within easy walking distance from shopping, dining, the theater and so on. If you are looking for a modern, high end hotel and prefer a smaller, quieter place vs a large hotel, I highly recommend it. We have stayed at several of the larger luxury Knightsbridge hotels and keep coming back to the Halkin.

Not only was the property beautiful but the staff were amazing going above and beyond. I would highly recommend Como The Halkin.

L’hôtel est situé dans une rue très calme mais à proximité des principales attractions de Londres que ça soit à pied ou en métro. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, confortable. La salle de bain était composée d’une douche et d’une baignoire. Elle était très grande et très propre. A little gem in quiet corner. Lovely helpful staff, good breakfast but in room you do have to ask for kettle and tea bags they only have coffee machine and coffee in room.
