Total service including B/fast was good enough. like to use it again.

チェックインし部屋に入ると清掃が行き届いておらず冷蔵庫に前の宿泊者の食べ物が残っており、コーヒーメーカーにも使用済が残っていた。COVID 19の影響で館内サービスが行き届いていなかった模様。部屋はすぐに変えてもらえたが、他にも同様のクレームをしていた家族がいた。

全体的に清潔で不満はありません。ただし朝食を食べるテーブルが足りない感じはあります。

La estancia fue excelente. La alberca y gimnasio están muy bien. Las habitaciones son cómodas y se agradece tener tantos contactos para conexión eléctrica.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! Great location. We were able to be accommodated to check in early and late! We were able to get some hiking advice too :) We live in Phoenix and will definitely come back to this hotel again and again! The staff are fantastic, kind and helpful. Its breakfast was great too.

Every thing is good here. Only thing I dont like is they charge me $15 extra for parking which I never pay before.

The room was nice and clean! The breakfast was delicious and they had small omelets, mini pancakes and variety of other items for breakfast. I could see the red rocks from my bedroom window and also my car.

We had a lovely one-night stay while coming back from the Grand Canyon! The hotel was super clean and cozy, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Plus, the breakfast was delicious! It's also in a great spot, with lots of restaurants and fun attractions nearby. We really enjoyed our time there!

Such a friendly vibe and clean family atmosphere.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good selection of breakfast buffet items. The towels are old, rough and should have been thrown out 2yrs ago.

Great location yet still private and quite. Beautiful scenery all around, good restaurants, great staff and super clean!!!
