I have been to three other hotels in the area including a pricier hotel nearby. This is by far the best hotel in the area. There is a hot breakfast and high quality food. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable. You can actually set the temperature in the room to any temperature that you like. All three of other hotels I stayed at set the minimum temperature at a temperature too hot for me. The hotel has been updated. There is an outside working hot spa and exercise room. This far exceeded my expectations. I will be staying two to three nights a week on business and am happy to give this my highest recommendation

Was a grt stay...easy nice check in

Clean and conveniently located. It served me well on my way down to So-Cal. There is fuel and fast food near by and that's about it. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

Check in was professional. We got back from getting snacks/necessities we used the bathroom. The toilet water would rise to rim and took a long time to go down. We flushed again to see if it would do the same. It did! We tried calling room service and kept getting hung up on. Finally after the 10 call they brought us a plunger and we had to plunge it every time we used it. No one check it or asked if it was still happening. It was not pleasant to worry about toilet overflowing from nothing in it. We put TP in waste can. They could if moved us to another room if one was available the next day. No credit or I’m sorry. Nothing I paid in full for a room that needed some bathroom maintenance. When we told them the problem they brought us a do it yourself solution. I paid to stay at a hotel but they didn’t pay me to do their job that whole weekend and they are paid to do maintenance if needed during my stay. We should be given something back. It was a hassle instead of a mini vacation we planned to have.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel is close to freeway and backs to a busy gas station. Even though we requested a room at the end farthest from the freeway, the noise from both made it difficult for us to sleep.

Beds and room were adequate. Horrid beakfast- tasteless eggs, likely powdered, gray tasteless inedible sausage, cold coffee and no microwave to warm. Yogurt, cereal ok. Watered down juices. Cinnamon rolls were the only good thing.

Dirty

Easy on off the I-5 on our way to Northern CA for a quick night stay. Clean and safe location. No complaints

Lots of noise by guests in adjoining rooms. In-room refrigerator was nosy and had to disconnected.

The hotel was really nice. The staff were fantastic and the room was clean. The only thing we thought could be improved is there is no fan in the bathroom so it was way too steamy after a shower. I am with my friend and there is no way either of us is opening the door unless we are dressed so getting dressed in a super steamy room isn’t easy lol . Also there is. I way to let any smells out gracefully
