総合評価とレビュー Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas

リゾートホテルとしては十分な施設。特にゴルフ場が併設されており、ゴルフ好きにとっては最高です。ホテルの予約の際に、ゴルフプレーの予約が出来る様にして欲しい。

最悪。客をバカにしているとしか思えない対応。二度と行かない。

早朝に到着したのにかかわらず、チェックインの時間を待たずにグレードアップした空いてるおへやに通していただいた。

Bell attendants and concierge were very helpful, however the restaurant was not good. The room was clean however, the bathroom was not renovated and when I had bubble bath, the drainage pipes were stuck and water was overflowing. There were shuttle bus to the town was very useful.

お部屋も とても良かったのですが、お部屋までが遠く チェックインではスーツケースはカートで運んでくれますが、チェックアウト時は とてもとても大変で辛い思いをしました。チェックアウト時のポーター呼ぶ方法をチェックイン時に教えて欲しかったです。 でも、良い点もありました。ケアンズまでのシャトルバスの手配は丁寧にしてくれました。

とてもステキなホテルでしたが…シーズンオフのせいかメインプールが工事中だったのと アフタヌーンティーを楽しみにしていたのにやってないと言われました。

１月２８日に宿泊しました。スタッフはフレンドリーで特にプールは最高でした！

Disappointed in the lack of selection for the a la carte main dinner menu at the Feast Restaurant and the fact that that menu was unavailable until about 3:00pm on the day of dining. Most staff assumed you were charging meals etc. to your room and would always ask for your room number, even when you had cash in your hand to pay! People 'reserved' the sun loungers by putting their towel on them and then disappeared for about an hour or more (probably to have breakfast) even though it is outlined in the hotel's newsletter if this was happening their items would be removed and placed nearby. This was not enforced by management.

お部屋から、プールにつながっている設計には感動しました。 家族も喜んでいました。 4人で予約しているのに、ミネラルウオーターのサービスが1本なのは、残念に思いました。

伝統ある高級ホテルとのことでしたが、まさしくそのとおり。ホテル、部室内も清潔でGoodです。近郊ホテルにも宿泊しましたが、ベッドは特に寝心地がよかった。

Der Aufenthalt war gut, sauberes Hotel jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht mit 5 Sternen in Europa vergleichbar, eher 4 Sterne. Beispiel; niemand hat beim Empfang die Koffer entgegengenommen oder das Auto parkiert, kein turn-down service, lange Wartezeiten beim Frühstückskaffee, keine persönliche Hilfe beim suchen und buchen von Ausflügen, kein Wasser für die Fahrt bei Abreise, Angestellte nett aber viele sehr jung und nicht für 5 Sterne Service ausgebildet…

Beautiful location, room was big clean and nice out look but stayed two nights and didn’t have our room made up. The pool near the bar was nice but needed a little scrub on the tiles BUT all the other pools need to be full renovated due to the lining either ripped or coming off. But a beautiful location.

The property facilities were great. The pool, especially, was amazing.

The food and drinks were excellent from The Deck and Lagoon Bar as well as room service. The Service was amazing. They made my birthday stay extra special with a cake dessert plate and glass of wine and room upgrade. We stayed two nights but wish we could have stayed longer for extra time to chill by the pool.

Access to the pools/lagoons was restricted, with very few places to enter them. The plumbing needed an upgrade, and we had a power cut. Also, when trying to pay off the bill as we went, they kept "holding" amounts instead of clearing it off, which tied up credit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food on site was good, with many choices. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed the resort style layout and the whole stay was excellent. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Reception very tiered, large property maintenance could be better but pool areas are very nice .

Property is run down and is lacking proper maintenance.
