The hotel was very nasty and dirty. The bed smelled like urine. We never stayed in the room we had to book another room: the carpet was dirty and smelly.

When Expedia asked if we'd accept a room with a queen bed they didn't disclose that it was a handicapped room with no tub, and the shower water flowed into the whole bathroom floor! It was slippery and dangerous. The door stuck so badly that we couldn't leave without a big shove. This was not related to the locks. We will be back to give you another chance.

The Staff was good on point. Brandon I believe is his name, He check me in Early Thursday Am and was quick easy and good customer service. There is a smell I believe in when you walk in it’s the carpets I believe they do try to kill it, but it doesn’t work. Still have a good stay no problems quite area outside and inside. I would definitely stay again when I come back.

My stay invites lessons for many, especially the managers of the hotel. All front desk staff were helpful, especially Leticia who helped me find a charger for my phone as mine was faulty. I informed her of a message on my mirror when I got out of the shower. Trump 2024. Did someone get into my room while I was in the shower? No, I had the lock on. She said I could change rooms if I wanted to and I said I was okay. To replace the mirror should be a priority! When I returned to the hotel after attending a memorial service, I informed Dulce and Enriquez that I changed my mind and would like to change rooms. They were eager to assist me and whole walking to the room, Dulce received a call that I could not change rooms because housekeeping was gone for the day and they would lose a room if I moved. When the key to my existing room did not work, Dulce sent Enriquez back with the keys. I felt a bit like I was being avoided in that moment. I get it. I still want to express that feeling. I write this letter so that management can consider the power of putting your customer FIRST - before every dollar of profit. As I told Dulce, it did not feel good to be treated in that way. Your staff are to be commended (they even set aside the funeral programs I left in my room so I could return and get them). I ask you to consider how management makes decisions. Also: the phone in the room did not work and Leticia had to help me get on the wifi signal through an alternative signal.

The rooms AC was set as cold as could be on a hot Chicagoland day. It was damp, no insulation, there was evidence of a ceiling leak, the carpet felt cool and wet. Just an awful experience. The front desk staff was friendly.
