Very nice and well maintained room, great service and convenient location. We strongly recommend it.

Great sray

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did not have any issues except when we were leaving. The valet did not ask us to assist us in getting our vehicle. We stood there for ten minutes and then asked if we could be serviced and the valet guy said he didn’t see us when he saw us walk outside with our luggage. Then he just hands us the key to the car and did not assist with helping us with our luggage or pulling the car up for us after we paid for valet the entire stay.

The staff was very nice and the restaurant was great. It’s a safe clean area in Clayton as well. However the rooms are very very small and our tiny bathroom had beat up trim that had water damage and a faulty toilet. Most annoying was that the thermostat didn’t work - our room was at a constant 71 degrees and engineering didn’t even try to adjust it- they just said ‘all of our rooms are that temperature’ - so we sweat all night long. Not a 4 star hotel experience.

We had a great stay at Le Meridien! The kids were comfy. We loved the beds. It was clean and up-to-date.

Strange process of having to request a free refrigerator be delivered instead of having them in the room permanently. In addition, there was no valet when I needed my car at 5:00a.m. after being told the night before that there would be one.

The service was excellent. Unfortunately, we were there when a tornado hit, and after being evacuated to the lowest level, the staff provided water and snacks. Truly excellent service.

We booked a king room and were placed in an incredibly small room with a full size bed. We contacted the front desk and they proceeded to tell us the room we had reserved had a leak and the room we were placed in was the only available option. Additionally, the coffee maker in the room was not functioning properly. We were not happy with the cone of hotels and would not stay here again. It’s a big thumbs down from us!
