We had to change our travel plan and it was not expected staying at this hotel and tired after a long driving. The reception lady when checked in was not kind and we do not feel welcome atmosphere at all. It was an disappointing experience. The receptionist in the morning was very cheerful and kindly to answer to our question, though.

Only complaint was parking was full but they were also sold out

The place was quiet and the staff was professional.

I was locked out of my room for over an hour due to the door lock battery dying.

We were there with a group of mid-school students for a math competition. The rooms were spacious. The pool was refreshing. the breakfast was hot with several options. We will return again next year!

This place was really ran down, it felt like it was a converted motel that they had put a new sign on and then called it a holiday inn. The rooms were not like any other holiday inn i have stayed at. Very small and dirty, the air conditioner did not work and the tv was broken. The only redeeming thing was the breakfast was actually decent. I would definitely stay somewhere else as this place is not up to par.

Our stay was great I was with my 2 daughters and my sister. When we first got to out room it was nice set up until we went into the restroom. The tub had hair in it, and it had dirt as well like it had not been clean for awhile. I did inform front desk who put us in another room but once again the bath tub had hair in it as well so I just grab my disinfectant wipes and cleaned it myself. The breakfast was great but it closed earlier than scheduled. I was getting my food and they started to shut everything off and grabbing food containers around me the time was 9:25 am when the time clearly said on the wall that breakfast ends at 9:30 am

Front desk was amazing on every interaction. However beating on a door with a DND sign on it at 8am is disrespectful. Bed was comfy

First shower would not drain. Second rooms shower was moldy on appliances.

We came for Connie Mack and staff was so helpful with parade route info or anything we needed. Love that they’re pet friendly and conveniently located.
