３００ドル以上もする割には、依頼してもなかなか対応してくれないし、部屋もそれほど豪華ではないので、あまりお勧めできない。 １人か２人しか受付がいないので、いつも混雑している。

It was a great stay, everyone was professional and speedy. I had to leave a day early but everything was fine with the room.

I stayed here one night when waiting for the Amtrak Empire builder train. It's just a couple of blocks from Union Station Chicago very convenient. Very nice staff.

Everything was just a small walk away

Rooms are great. They carry dove toiletries. Comfortable beds and pillows. Refrigerator in room. No microwave. Coffee maker in room. Convenience store in lobby. Location near transit station.

The room was great ,Clean and comfy just kinda wish the view of Chicago was better.

Everything was good, just that they were building something diring the night that it made so much noise

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean but the hot water wasn’t hot still overall a good stay

My room was not clean and I have to go downstairs to the front desk for towels and coffee. I did t expect that poor service from the hotel. Just to be clear I did not left any signage saying to not clean the room

The construction across the street was very loud every night (all night). It would have been good to stay in a different part of the hotel.

Nice property and very conveniently located.

Hotel was nice and it was clean. There was some mold in the bathtub and some of the paint was chipping but it is a nice and quiet place to stay. Near downtown and short trips via uber to Navy Pier

Close to Amtrak and UIC. Just what I needed.
