There was no mention on Travelocity that this property was undergoing extensive renovations. Had we known that we would never have booked this hotel.

We were very upset with our stay. We did not know that construction was going and that made it difficult to move around the hotel. Also, there was no housekeeping on a daily basis.

Property was under renovation so lots going on, but the parts not under construction were clean. The room was good, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. I'm sure the hotel will be very nice once the renovations are complete.

Hotel was under obvious construction..all throughout the guest areas. Reserved a kitchenette only to be told at arrival it wasn't available. I was told i was call twice..I received no call.

Our overnight stay wasn't too bad; we received a free breakfast. The rooms were alright.

The power went out so we left and still have not received a refund. I would have expected a hotel to have a generator to handle these issues

The hotel is undergoing renovations. We were lucky to get a room recently renovated. The best shower I think I've ever had. Great lighting in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was our stay coincided with some sort of state basketball tournament which drew middle to high-schoolers from all over. We listened to kids running up and down the halls--shrieking, laughing until 1 am. The night attendant was unable to stop the many disruptions by himself. Even though you sign a form acknowledging to be quiet from 9pm on or face losing a $100 deposit, it was useless without being able to connect which disruptors belonged to which room. I'd suggest getting extra staff for weekends such as that.

L'air climatisé, pourtant nouveau, ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait tellement humide dans la chambre. Le tapis du corridor était tout sale et plein de poussière de gypse. Les murs du corridor étaient construction (joints à tirer et peinturer). Ca ne valait pas du tout le prix payé.

The check-in staff was wonderful! And the staff in the breakfast room was wonderful as well… Very helpful on where to go in the area… The breakfast was outstanding every morning. I would stay there again for sure. The only thing that I didn’t like, was there seem to be some kind of diffuser in the hallway that lead off a very powerful scent. I just tend to be really sensitive to stuff like that. But otherwise everything was fantastic.

The location was good. The hotel was under heavy construction. I requested to allow my friend to get into the room before I arrived. Which was denied. I went to a comedy show and when I got back to the room it was occupied by a family. Very disturbing and scary. My belongings were in the room!
