総合評価とレビュー Fairfield Inn By Marriott Savannah Airport

建物や部屋はマリオットホテルを感じさせるデザインで良いと思いました。 しかし、マリオットなのにこんなレベルなの？と思う箇所がありました。 全ては従業員がプロフェッショナルでない事=育成が必要とお客が感じてしまうところにあります。 バスルームに残された髪の毛。冷蔵庫の冷凍エリアの霜。トイレのドアが閉まらない。朝食も客が言わないと補充されない。補充しても準備の簡単な物だけ(ヨーグルトやパンなど) オムレツやソーセージは私のいた時間には補充されず。あるスタッフは朝食を食べている横で掃き掃除を始めた。周りに気が配れなていない。別にそのタイミングでしなければならないほど床が汚れていた訳ではない。 フロントの接客もX。私の英語の発音が悪いことは重々承知しているが、客に「はぁ？」って聞き返すとは思わなかった。 全体的にスタッフは自分の与えられた仕事を自分のペースでやっているだけ。そこにはプロフェッショナルと言う行動はない。と感じた。 COVID-19禍の宿泊だったので、部屋掃除の消毒等あとから凄く不安を持った。 洗濯機と乾燥機は1台ずつしかなかった。もう1台ずつあると良いのに・・・ 最後に気になったのは、夜中に部屋の掃除をやっていた事。なぜ夜中？？

I was ecstatic to have my room on the 1st floor due to knee issues. The staff was professional. I’d stay here again

I only showered and slept there. I was there for work. So I didn’t really STAY there.

We opted for the park, sleep and fly, staying the night before our flight. When we returned we called the hotel for 20 minutes trying to get a shuttle back there from the airport to pick up our car but no one answered the phone so we finally took a cab which cost just as much as it did to leave our car.

Affordable and great service and quality. Convenient for shopping and food.

No one answers the front desk phone. Took 50 minutes to get from airport to hotel. One of their competitors shuttle drivers helped us and we called the courtyard’s front desk. They answered first ring Fairfield and courtyard share a shuttle. I called Fairfield front desk 8 times with no answer

The carpet was wet from being recently cleaned, the wet carpet made the room very humid and musty which made it impossible to sleep. The AC in the room did not work well at all

Front desk clerk for check in was friendly and helpful. However waiting for shuttle bus on return was horrible. Clerk kept telling me it was coming however it was close to 50 minutes wait time.

Good place close to the airport. Friendly staff. Shuttle. I recommend this hotel.

Good location. Decent breakfast. On first floor near the lobby so a little middle of the night noise by staff. Room a little tired. Especially bathroom.

Quick and easy check in and out.

I was disappointed could not find an ice machine on second floor??? Floor in room was uneven and squeaky. Shuttle driver was very unfriendly…..hardly spoke, would not help with door to get in or help my wife with door to get out…she is 78 and I’m 86. NOT helpful or pleasant at all….sad!

Stopped one night on the way home. Cleansm and comfortable.
