施設は少々年季が入っているようでしたが、それなりにメンテナンスされており、清潔感もまずまずでした。従業員やルーム清掃の方々の対応も特に不満はありませんでした。ただ、上階か隣接する部屋か分かりませんが、夜中や朝方に継続して大きな物音がしていたのが残念でした。 また、スパ施設にてマッサージを受けましたが、オイルが体に着いた状態で放置されました。

フロントスタッフが親切で良かった。 ベルボーイがいなく荷物を取りに来ない。こんなヒルトンは、初めてだ。 部屋は広く快適だった。 食事は品数が多いがサラダがイマイチだった。レタスが汚い。管理者は、ちゃんとチェックして変えた方が良い。 プライベートビーチやプールもあって良かった。 徒歩10分圏内にショップやレストランがあるので楽しい。 また、機会があれば泊まりたい。

プライベートビーチもすぐ近く。プールバーから飲物&軽食もオーダーを取りに来てくれるので、ウロウロすることなく、また プールも沢山あり、のんびりできました。難点は、エレベーターの乗換が、結構時間がかかること。

全てのホテルスタッフ対応が良く、窓からの景観も大変よいものでした。さすがです。また夕陽が大変綺麗です。そして朝食にでてくる焼きたてのミニパンケーキにフレッシュバターと蜂蜜やジャムをたっぷりつけて食べると大変美味しくて、また泊まりたいと思います。ここに4泊、そして運転になれたらリンドスの外れにある海の綺麗なホテルに数泊すると良いと思います。

If you are looking for a stay where you will mainly stay at the hotel premises and you are happy with limited service outside of the “garden gates”, this is a perfect option. Rooms are spacious, bed is very big and comfortable, bathroom, shower and balcony are also very nice without absolutely nothing to complain about. Also the air con worked perfectly and there was very quiet during the nights and actually all the time when we were in our room. Breakfast has a large variety of options and everything worked smoothly. Pool area is big and we had no issue getting the sun beds whenever we needed, and the bar has everything you need to enjoy a perfect pool day in the sun. Also access to the private beach works nicely through an underpass, so no need to worry about crossing the street to get to the beach. Hotel staff were very attentive and polite. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot, and we would definitely book again for similar travel purposes. The only thing we did not enjoy that much was the dinner options in the hotel. Other than that, highly recommended.

The hotel is across the street from the beach and a bit dated in terms of design. Excellent breakfast, staff and cleanliness.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Preis ist etwas zu hoch für das, was geboten wird. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig.

Very good hotel. Decent food and close to the town and beach. My only complaint is we paid for 1/2 board (dinner and breakfast) and for breakfast we got full buffet and coffee/tea/juice/water etc. But for dinner we only got food and no drinks. I asked for water and they said no they only serve free water at breakfasts, not even free tap water even though it is safe to drink… so they make you pay €6 for a bottle of water with your meal if you want to drink. I’m not sure what the rules are in Greece but coming from the UK that was very disappointing. That being said, staff were friendly and the food was decent when we got it.

An excellent place to stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean, the towels were changed daily and the facilities were fantastic!

Aamiainen todella runsas ja maittava. Huone siisti, loistava näkymä merelle. Toivomisen varaa on altaalla saatava ravintola tarjonta. Taso oli laskenut viime kesän vierailusta. Muuten hyvä sijainti, kätevä poiketa kaupungissa taksilla tai linja-autolla. Altaat hyvin hoidettu samoin koko miljöö.

Everything from check in staff and amenities especially Dimitri at breakfast , Maria Guest Relation who always come and check us if we are ok whenever she is around . Good restaurant around the area .

Sheraton is not carrying its brand. Carpet in the corridor was awful and smelly. Room is ok, Staff is is really good and the view from the room is nice.

I had a wonderful experience for 4 days at this resort while recovering with an injury I got a few days before arriving. From check in through check out, transportation arrangements, guest services, dining in the restaurants, the breakfast buffet, spa services and laundry service/housekeeping, the service, staff and quality was top of the line! Special thanks to Vuola and Eti in dining for their extra care and friendly manner. Everyone I met at the hotel seemed to genuinely love their job and service. I needed extra care and assistance and they were always willing to help. They also seemed to love working together as colleagues and I saw a lot of teamwork. Thank you, Sheraton Rhodes!

overall, a good short trip after a week sailing. The bed was so comfortable and the room was exactly what was needed. We were upgraded to a Seaview which was stunning. But what let it down was Service. Some really lovely friendly staff but no clue on how to deal with little hiccups. A couple of issues that were not significant arose at dinner. What you would expect from any decent hotel, especially a Sheraton would be to be comped some drinks or given a small gesture to make up for the problem. We got an apology but no other gesture which was surprising and disappointing. it was also very busy and at times is very noisy around the pool.

The Rooms are very clean and tidy, the outside areas are very good in fact it's a lovely hotel, my only criticism is meal timings. Breakfast is a bit of a challenge to find a table and is very busy but the food on offer is excellent. The other criticism is the price of the drinks at the bar. Very very expensive I'd advise going to a local shop and buying in you will save a fortune.
