何の不足も無く、気持ちの良い滞在が出来た。駅から近く、スーパー、レストランにも不自由しない。

The man in the front of the elevator hall was indifferent though we were waiting for the elevator for a while. When it finally came, it was full of the staff and we could not use it. The staff did not even ask us if we wanted to ride. I was with children and I have never had this kind of experience in London. The attitude of staff at this hotel was surprisingly indifferent to the guests with children.

予約した部屋が違うタイプの部屋だった。 選択肢がある場合は料金も違うので詳細に部屋の説明をして欲しい。2泊目に部屋を変更してもらったが明らかに部屋のタイプは違ったが、1泊目のりょうの差額は戻らなかった。

ロンドンの主な観光スポットからは少し離れているので、静か。地下鉄やバスでのアクセスは良い。駅前のスーパーマーケットで日用品、食料は買える。同じフロア内でも段差があるので、重い荷物の人は注意。天井が高く快適。部屋の広さはさほど広くない。ドアがバタン！と閉まるので注意。最寄りの地下鉄駅(glouceter road)はエレベーター、エスカレーターがないので、重い荷物の人は注意。

クラシカルな雰囲気が気に入り予約。個人的にマイナス点が無いホテルでした。 リクエストどおりバスタブ付の部屋にしてくれてました。 地下鉄のアクセスが良い駅から近く、大通りから１ブロックはいった所で静か◎。 水圧＋温度＋アメニティ＝◎。Tea Setも充分。 エリザベスⅡのご親戚の住まいだった建物らしくクラシカル。 スタッフの対応もスマートで良かったです。 ロンドンを再訪するならまた予約します。

I booked last minute and stayed in a cute single room not far from the Gloucester Road Underground and several restaurants. Staff was helpful & friendly!

Clean room, good location, WiFi good, bathroom a bit small hence not quite a full 5 stars.

O quarto: A mobília mal conservada. Banheiro: minúsculo, não tinha espelho com lente de aumento, ruim para idosos que não enxergam. Funcionaria na recepção na hora do check in sem empatia para quem não tem domínio no inglês. Nos confundimos com o horário do café da manhã no sábado, achando que seria até às 10:30, no entanto a responsável foi muito cordial e ainda nos deixou tomar um café com leite e croassaint, pois já haviam recolhido o buffet.

Only stayed for one night, but the stay was fantastic. We stayed in a quad room, one queen bed, and two twins. The room was incredibly spacious, and had a lovely stocked bathroom. The view looked right over the quaint neighborhood street and it was so picturesque. They held onto our luggage while we explored the rest of Kensington. The natural history Museum is also a quick five minute walk nearby. Would highly recommend this place to stay!

The room had everything I needed for my layover in London. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Staff were very friendly & attentive. Room was perfect for a 1 night stay. Location was very good with bars & restaurants close by. Handy close to tube station as well. Peaceful location as it was set off the main road.

Upsides: staff pleasant, clean, lots of hot water in the shower, great location, lovely architecture. Downsides: amenities limited; room small and basic. Room service dish not as advertised. Lift not working so climbed up 5 tall flights of stairs to small bedroom. Had to come back down to pick something up and up again - 15 flights of stairs .. thank goodness i'm not too old to do it and had my back op a couple of years back! No advice sent out before arrival and I checked in to the hotel at 9.30pm. Not appreciated.

Room was nice, staff were helpful, bar was pleasant, location was good. Unfortunately the lift wasn't working, and our room was on the 4th floor, which was a struggle for my husband who has knee problems. If it weren't for that, it would've been 5 stars
