何の不足も無く、気持ちの良い滞在が出来た。駅から近く、スーパー、レストランにも不自由しない。

The man in the front of the elevator hall was indifferent though we were waiting for the elevator for a while. When it finally came, it was full of the staff and we could not use it. The staff did not even ask us if we wanted to ride. I was with children and I have never had this kind of experience in London. The attitude of staff at this hotel was surprisingly indifferent to the guests with children.

予約した部屋が違うタイプの部屋だった。 選択肢がある場合は料金も違うので詳細に部屋の説明をして欲しい。2泊目に部屋を変更してもらったが明らかに部屋のタイプは違ったが、1泊目のりょうの差額は戻らなかった。

Very good breakfast . Beautiful rooms in english style , but the bedrooms on the 5th floor are small and the shower is VERY small.

I picked this hotel because I could walk to the train and Royal Albert Hall and I’m happy I did. It was in the perfect location to walk everywhere. My room was very clean and comfortable (I got a double bed) with a nice big window. The bathroom was nice and the shower was excellent. I would definitely stay here again

Clean room plenty of tea and milk One of rooms on 5th floor small. Didn’t get breakfast as previously have had continental breakfast free. A bit disappointing! Check in was very protracted Chaps on overnight were helpful about check out at 04.30, ordering a taxi and getting phone and charger from room after I forgot it.

My wife, our daughter, and I stayed at the Gem Strathmore Hotel in London in April and really enjoyed it. The room was small but spotless and comfortable, and breakfast each morning was efficient and pleasant. The hotel is in South Kensington, a beautiful area, and the location was ideal—just a short walk to Gloucester Road Tube and convenient for the Natural History Museum and Harrods. We stayed five nights total (split by a Scotland excursion) and everything was smooth both times; we’d happily return. Spotless, comfortable room (compact, as expected in London) Breakfast was smooth and well run South Kensington location: minutes to Gloucester Road Tube; easy for the Natural History Museum and Harrods Recommended—comfortable, convenient, and easy to book as a split stay.

Excellent service. I tried dinner in the restaurant just to try the food quality. The chef has done a great job.

+ the location was great, friendly staff, wifi worked (but was not the fastest), ”cleaning” everyday. - no ac (we were there in april so no problem really but in the summer we could NOT have stayed there), rock hard beds and cushions (may be someone elses dream but not mine), windows could only open up by 15-20 cm, the cleansiness of the room was not terrible but not good either. They had breakfast but we never ate it so cant say anything about it. I do recommend to eat breakfast at nearby Fait Maison or Elixis!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kommt schnell überall hin mit the tube oder auch fußläufig. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. Unser Zimmer war überraschend groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Ok, das Bad dafür recht klein. Vor allem wollen ist das Personal im Hotel sehr freundlich!

A very pleasant stay in an ideal location in the Kensington area (perfect for the museums and V&A hall etc). The room is small! However it was very clean, the check in and check out was very efficient, and it all worked perfectly for the purpose of our stay. Would come again!
