ホテルの周りにレストランやスーパーがあり、便利な場所にはあるが、 全体的に建物は古く、冷蔵庫が冷えなかったり、 シャワーの水圧が悪かったのが残念だった。

全般に良いがwifiが不安定。

部屋も綺麗で不自由なく過ごす事ができた。ただ、歯ブラシぐらいは欲しい。

コスト意識が従業員に高いのか、２日滞在にも関わらず１日しか使用できないWifiパスワードや、水洗の流れが悪かったり、シャワー水量が低いなど最低限のサービスが疎かになっていると感じた。気持ちよく滞在はできない。また子供用に提供された簡易ベットはソファーベットでしたが今までで一番最低な品質で、真ん中が凹んでしまうためとても寝れる代物ではなかった。朝食に関しても質は非常にプアな物で、駐車場には２日間で２０ポンド必要であった。

This is a great choice for a budget hotel on the outskirts of London. Right opposite the Colliers Wood Tube station on the Notthern Line and then 25 minutes into central London. The rooms are a starting to feel a little tired and could do with renovating, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are extremely friendy and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great.

Hotel location is perfect and a few yards from the tube station, amenities were good and it is clean. Quite satisfied with the stay. Only negative however is that parking on site is quite expensive - £20 per day

My stay at this hotel was amazing . I came to London with my two children. The rooms are nice clean and spacious. The breakfast had somthing for all of us. It was wet and cold out side but very warm and cosy in the hotel and the rooms. The reception staff are so very helpful. The location for sightseeing was amazing . The tube st is directly across the road. I am definitely hoping to return to the Holiday Inn Express in the summer .

Decent hotel in good location but no heating in bathroom so pretty cold in January.

Struttura attaccata alla metro, market e ristoranti. Tutto sommato abbastanza pulita ( la moquette sarebbe da bandire), personale gentile e buona colazione. Camere con spazi giusti, bagno con grande box doccia ma tv senza programmi italiani Prezzo giusto per la sua posizione. Io lo consiglio.

Not happy with free or reasonable parking not provided. £20 is too much per night. Not happy with £50 holding deposit for 24 hrs except the rim charge. Everything else is fine. Best thing is the underground next to it.

Have been staying at this hotel many many times for the past 7 years. However, our recent stay (Dec 19-21, 2019) was not very pleasant. There was a homeless man slept in the hallway outside our room. The hallway smelt awful. I reported to the receptionist, and immediately they took action and confronted with the man outside the hotel. I hope they will make some positive changes and actions to ensure safety of the guests. Regular surveillance and patrol are necessary.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Anbindung mit der U-Bahn ist hervorragend. Sauberkeit und Frühstück lasse zu wünschen übrig.

Die Unterkunft ist aufgrund der Lage außerhalb von London sehr günstig im Vergleich zu dem restlichen Angebot. Preis-/Leistungstechnisch passt alles soweit.

i would recommend this hotel. close to colliers wood tube station and Sainsbury super market just a stone throw. Restaurant just across the road. Breakfast was fantastic.
