空港からホテルへの送迎はホテルへ電話して10分ほどでホテルが契約しているタクシーが来た。運転手へのチップだけでOKでした。 ホテルから空港へは朝早かったのですが、 前日にフロントでスムーズに予約できました。 部屋は清潔で、割と大きめでした。 室内に冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあるので便利です。 Wi-Fiのスピードは遅いようです。 朝食のメニューはあまり多くありませんが悪くありません。 周囲はレストランとホテルがいくつかありますが、コンビニやスーパーはなく、ちょっとした買い物は不便です。 快適でした。

One night stay. Hotel needs some work. Has been neglected by Holiday Inn. Hallways definitely need remodel. No fan in room bathroom, refrigerator didn’t work. Disappointed

Team was friendly and helpful. Key expired after one day, but the team quickly fixed the key for the duration of my stay. Breakfast was hot and ready with many choices. Suggest granola to go with the yogurt and recommend the team watch for guest requests a little closer.

Nice staff

We checked in late and checked out early. It was clean and comfortable. It needs to be kept up better though

The property was okay. The rug seemed dirty. We prefer a room with floors. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was nice. We were surprised that is had eggs and bacon and other hot food.

Did not have my 2-night stay in a standard king room. I was put in a standard queen room instead. Asked to be moved to a king room only to be told they had none available so cancelled and checked into a different hotel.

Loved it.

This hotel was my least favorite hotel I’ve stayed in recently. The check in was slow and the guy behind the counter had the personality of a slug. The room had thin walls so the noise in the halls and on the outside of the building was a bit much. The pool had swim lessons going on for most of the afternoon which shortened our time there. Luckily I don’t plan on revisiting the Great Smoky National Park again so the odds of staying here are rather slim.

Mostly quiet, but did hear a few planes.
