Great place to stay ❣️

The property was fine, but the bar didn’t have the wine as stated. Ever thought we had a free breakfast the wait was way too long so we just went to McDonald’s.

The staff is so nice and kind. But, TV is not wokring at all. The staffs was trying to fix it. They do not know how to fix.

The bath tub had rust Water in the tub took long time to drain Towels not cleaned No napkin in room Sheet and blanket had stains on them Overall I was very unhappy

The property in general appeared to be ok. My room was near a stairwell that was clearly being worked on so it was noisy. The cleaning staff never came to my room in the 3 days I was there.

Good value for money.

Hotel was great, clean, the front desk was friendly and helpful when we check in on sat. 3/29 @ around 7pm. Forgot his name. Lol.

These was our second time staying here. My son had a basketball tournament and everything was close by. The staff was great. The hotel is nice and clean.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when asking about go let’s services and local questions. Also, when a problem arise that we were not aware of, the staff attempted to resolve that issue while we were away. Our rooms were clean and beds were smelling like clean fresh sheets all white and cozy! The bed was comfortable too. The hotel is currently going through some construction work, but at least they are working to make the place well kept! We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit soon.

Room was clean and hotel was clean and updated. However I could never get the TV to work nor could I ever get the shower to have hot water. By the time either of these issues were noticed it was really too late to even bother with asking so just went without.

Courtyard has been declining in quality for years. I'll probably no longer use them.

This hotel offers a pool and hot tub however, the pool and hot tub were under renovation. The whole second floor was under construction and was noisy throughout the day. I would not have booked this hotel if I was aware of this information prior to booking. Moreover, I was initially assigned a room that was preoccupied by another guest, which created an awkward situation when I tried entering the room and another individual was in the room with their kids. Not only did this situation make me feel extremely uncomfortable, it also required me to track down the hotel employee to get another room assigned to me, which took over 20 minutes to find an employee. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with this hotel experience and I would highly recommend for the hotel/ hotels.com to make potential guests aware of any construction/ renovations that limit the available amenities the hotel offers it’s guests.

Bed seemed broken like springs made noise. No breakfast included. Other than that, it was a nice room
