It’s an older hotel. Limited counter space in and general space in the bathroom. That’s ok but the carpet was so dirty you couldn’t walk on it in bare feet. It made the whole room feel gross. I wouldn’t go back just because of the carpet.

It was as advertised

Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean

Pool was unusable with 90 degree water! It was a giant hot tub not a pool. Aging hotel needs upgrading. Broken shower head holder, no a/c in common areas, peeling ceilings, etc. it was clean, comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly! Probably wouldn’t stay here again until they remodel.

Overall pretty good. Wasnt impressed with checkin. Staff was more worried about eating with male friend than checking us in. Just wasnt the most professional in my opinion.

Fine for sleeping

The room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was fine until breakfast. There were no forks, no eggs, no sausage and a line of 8 people waiting to make a waffle. The cereal area was a mess. Milk and cereal spilled on the counter.

It was a convenient location to town and the expressway. Beds were decent and rooms were clean. The hallways and stairs were dirty. The pool was terrible, way to hot, not filled to top, and had sand or something in sots all over the bottom.

The bathroom looked like it had been repaired poorly. Walls, flooring. Bed was terrible. Room was incredibly small and could hear the person next to us as there was only a door separating. Extremely disappointed for the price

The check-in was very smooth. I liked being able to check out on my phone at the end of my stay. The room was clean and it was quiet. The pool was small. I would stay here again. It is within walking distance to Big Buck Brewery

Clean & nice.

We liked the property & decided to stay an extra night. The rep at the front desk informed us that she had taken care of our reservation & assigned us the same room. When we came back that evening we were locked out. For 10-15 minutes there was no one in sight at the desk. When someone finally arrived it took them 2 additional attempts to assign correct key cards. It was past 11pm & we just wanted to go to bed. Lack of communication between shifts perhaps? They had my card on file. Front desk assured me everything was fine before we left for the day. What happened to that? Very frustrating & inefficient.

Our room was fine as was the check in. The smell of Marijuana was soooo strong right outside the building as well as in the whole hallway of the second floor that our room was located on. Every room doir had a no smoking sign on it but apparently pot is ok here??? Would not stay here again!

The first room had urine stains on the sheet and mattress pad. We asked for a new room. Second room had hair clippings in many of the towels. We asked for a refund because we wouldn't be staying the night. The kid didnt care. Ive contacted corporate

There is not an elevator. The room was very small and so small the nightstand was turned sideways because it did not fit properly.
