”Housekeeping” occurs on the 3rd day..." I stayed 10-nights, but it was not happened until I requested the room cleaning 3-times... Of course, I can get the fresh towels if requesting to front desk...

Safe place for an employee to stay.

I enjoyed my stay during business travel. The check in staff was very pleasant and professional. I did not like my tv turned off the channels and went to the Marriott ads. I was up preparing for a work Presentation and had to use my Cell phone to watch tv or movies to get me through the night.

They did ask for $ 20.00 extra on credit card. In case of damage. Redeem after stay.. Did not care for request..

It was a pleasant stay

The beds were good, pillows were great, but the best part was by far the breakfast. Definitely well done and the staff was amazing also. If I’m back here this is where I’ll stay

The room smelled musty and the air condition did not stay on. The room remained humid throughout the night. The breakfast food was nearly inedible and the dining area felt unconditioned.

Very nice place very clean and safe.

This property is starting to show some signs of wearing down. The property itself is in ok condition. Unfortunately, it appears to be lacking some maintenance budgeting. Our room had clean towels and sheets, which is the bare minimum you’d expect. There was pee on the floor in the bathroom that we used a towel to clean up. As a side note, the beds were not overly comfortable. It was not a bad experience overall and the staff is outstanding. We just won’t be going back because the little things added up for us.

Clean, rooms nice and stash excellent

had a generally good stay at the Fairfield by Marriott in Charlotte. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. However, the room could have been cleaner. There was a noticeable stain and a tear on the curtain, and each time I entered the room, there was a strange lingering odor. These issues didn’t ruin my stay, but they definitely stood out. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this could have been a great experience.

They do not clean room every day had to go ask for towels every night and the pool was close the kids was upset about not able to swim

The property was very old and run down. There was a big hole in my curtains, a black stain in the tub. The sheets were old and thin. The elevator entrance a had a wood tacked down on it. You kept tripping on the wood. It was a really bad experience for a Marriott hotel. The worst I’ve had

Clean hotel. Nice staff. Nice area. Only issue was the loud speeding traffic all night long on the highway. But not hotels fault so if you are a light sleeper it will keep you up. Otherwise it’s was a good stay

The respect

The room was a little run down. The pool wasn't open and the area wasn't clean.

The exterior appearance of the hotel and the area around the hotel were nice but the room was very dumpy and in serious need of a remodel. The carpeting was torn up, the tub was stained as were the walls. All in all it was probably the worst Fairfield Inn I have stayed in. I expected much better from this chain.

Good location bathroom could have been updated the bathtub stains made it look dirty

Property was great for the price. Rooms were clean, breakfast was Included (average hotel breakfast), and staff was kind. The hotel does need updating, but for the price that can be overlooked. Only 15 minutes away from charlotte motor speedway.
