The ac/heater did not work and they had no staff to assist with the issue basically said it was my problem and were unable to help. No discount nothing!

Check-in was easy, rooms were nice. Offered free breakfast with good variety

Everything was near and convenience. Staff was friendly and the rooms clean breakfast was good not to many options but good overall gas excellent

Confort and easy acces

Centrally located hotel offering spacious and newly renovated rooms. Looks like the bathroom is next to be remodeled.

Good trip

The night front desk worker Doreen was very rude! Upon my arrival she smoking right next to the entrance and she screamed at me that I couldn't park my car and u-haul trailer in a certain spot, she made move it like 100 feet, and said I coilt take up 4 spots, but with their small parking lot thats impossible. The next morning a box truck was parked right where I was initially taking up 4 or 4 spots. 😑 Our key cards wouldn't work for the room and she re-keyed them twice. The breakfast was good though.

Easy check-in, plentiful parking and quick access to I-90 and I-290. The bed was comfortable but the next-door couple was extremely loud and we could hear them arguing and later doin' the hoodlee-hoo!

It was too much noises early in the morning

The hotel and room were very nice, clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the walls are a bit thin. I could hear the TV from the next room as a loud murmur and there was some other grumbling noise from the hall and the noise from the highway. I'm not much of a complainer and I sleep with a white noise generator so it wasn't a real problem. I slept very well.

Can someone from their customer service department call me or email me in reference to my dissatisfaction?

Front desk staff was creepy and unhelpful. All I can say is yuck.

solid 2 star property Lobby very nice walkways to room looks worn rooms adequate shower and sink drain. water slowly draining fitness room. non working small but treadmill needs repair other equipment broken very much appreciate morning self serve breakfast

Convenient and reasonably priced

Really quite room, happy about that.

Stayed one night. Very clean, friendly staff. The hotel was very quiet. If ever in the area i would definitely stay on site again.
