チェックアウトした後でも荷物を預かってくれたり、ドアの開閉などサービスがすごいよかった。部屋も綺麗でした。

It was good.

年末年始に4泊５日で滞在しました。立地は抜群です。年末年始にも関わらず、周辺の店は大体あいていて、不自由はありません。ポートランド名物のフードカーを含めて。それに、１２時ぐらいに到着したのにすぐにチェックインできたのは良かったです。 が、部屋でWi-Fiが有料なこと、４人部屋にしてはダブルベットが小さすぎることがマイナス。それ以外には、特に問題はありません。

とても広く快適な部屋でした。 従業も親切で、早めのチェックインにも対応してくれました。 お風呂の排水がやや遅かったのだけが残念。

Just two blocks away from TriMax red line from the airport. and very close to restaurants, shops, rental car office.

Staff was friendly, helpful, easy to work with; food in restaurant was healthy and innovative; our room was clean, no complaints.

fantastic property. good staff. lounge is top notch. wifi is a little slow and tmobile doesn't work super well. everything else is solid.

This is a great boutique style hotel. Staff very attentive, nice to have a restaurant on site and suggest getting a room with M Club access for quick and easy snacks, drinks, breakfast. Especially for a longer stay. Great location downtown and easy access to train to airport.

Staff and hotel were both fantastic. Portland is a dirty unsafe city but it was kept clean around the hotel grounds.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for the second time, and I found it to be quite satisfactory. The hotel is nice. This is the second time we have stayed here. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the area around the hotel has many dining and shopping options. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I will likely return.

Friendly staff and quiet property. Local bars, restaurants, stores, and local activities near by that are walkable. On site restaurant was expensive but my VIP status made up for it with the daily $30 allowance for food, 2 free drinks from the store, free bike rentals, and free tickets to the Japanese Rose Garden. Such a delightful and refreshing trip. Will be back!

Absolutely no ventilation in the rooms . Like not even a window to crack. But other than that. Super friendly staff that do prioritize your safety. But remember it’s downtown which means downtown crawlers outside that you can see as your “view”

Loved my stay

Front desk staff could be more hospitable. No lobby bathroom, however, when you get to the bathroom, it’s locked and there are no instructions on how to get in. Bathroom door is a sliding door that does not shut all the way. The ironing board in our room was bent and very difficult to use. I did like that. They provided glass bottles for water.

Excellent staff! They were friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is a good experience. Room is spacious, clean, quite, and comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and the room was nice

I like this property and have stayed before. The check in is a bit iffy depending upon the staff checking you in. Bonvoy status usuall gets you something, but it’s not welcomed, but something to ask for. That’s a bit odd. The M Class rooms are great with the Club to step into at anytime for a refreshment or bit of snack, breakfast. Location is great in the heart of Portland. Rooms are very clean, fresh, contemporary.
