スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。翻訳アプリでのやり取りでも丁寧に対応してくれました。朝食会場は見晴らしがよく、オムレツはとてもおいしかったです。ホテルは地下鉄駅から近く、治安も問題ありませんでした。どこに遊びに行くにも便利な場所でした。またローマに行く機会があれば是非リピートしたいと思います。

場所やスタッフの対応は最高で部屋もよかったのですが、朝の7時前に停電になり、Wi-Fiも途切れたの困りました。高過ぎず、美味しい飲食店も数件ありました。コダック看板の隣の切り売りピザ屋さんは焼きたてがとても美味しかったです。トレビの泉にも高く、有料時間▶️に行けました。

部屋は狭いですが、立地とコストを考えるとやむなしかと思います。買い物、観光に便利な立地であることと、スタッフも親切です。6階のレストランもコンパクトですが高台の眺望は良かったです。

La chambre etait correcte mais petite et très mal insonorisé. Le pommeau de douche mériterait d’être détartré. Une mention spéciale pour Laura au petit déjeuner ! Toujours aux petits soins et très professionnelle. C’était très agréable pour commencer la journée

Everything perfect

The room was clean and looked lovely! The staff were friendly. For me the aircon was not working properly so I had to leave the window open to get cold air to come into the room as it was quite warm otherwise. I could also hear the room next door to me's bathroom and noise from the roof terrace, I really couldn't sleep that well because of it. Otherwise good location and has nice decor.

Loved this hotel. We will be back. Great location. Very accommodating and courteous staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect and the bar at night was delightful.

Personalen var trevlig, dock var de oftast tomt i receptionen. Men de var trevliga i övrigt. Men rummet var total katastrof, hade inte betalat för att bo i det rummet igen. Världsligt ofräscht rum.

Personnel agréable

The hotel far exceeded my expectations. We were greeted very kindly by the lobby staff. Room was ready an hour before Check in. We were explained all the close attractions and restaurants. The rooftop staff at night was the highlight of our stay. The two young man and woman really grated us beautifully. The morning breakfast was also incredible . The room was nice and spacious and very comfortable bed . Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff who were so kind to us.

Terrific location! Room was small but clean. Shower was a little tricky to figure out. Good variety of breakfast items.

Excellent location! You can walk to the Fontana, the Panthéon, and Plaza de España. The staff are very friendly and professional, starting with Matias. The only problem, not with the hotel itself, but for me, is that there's no iron in the room and they don't allow you to have one.
