客室、スタッフ、ホテル全体の佇まいなどはとても良かったと思います。 それに反してシャワーが全くダメでした。 こんなに立派なホテルなのに水温、水圧ともに全く安定しませんでした。

歴史を感じさせる部屋ですが快適でした♪朝食付きで部屋を取りましたが、四種類から選べる温かい料理はボリューム満点で大満足でした

立地も良く、快適でした。冷蔵庫もあり、好物のビールを買い込めて楽しめました。ベッドマットがもう少し硬めだとより好みでした。ホバートに再訪する時には必ず予約すると思います。

便利な場所にあって快適にすごせました。

設備は古かったですが、お掃除やメンテナンスも行き届いていて、お部屋も広めで天井が高く、過ごしやすいホテルでした。 市街中心部で便利も良く、買い物や観光にも最適かと思います。 駐車場が分かりにくいしのが、ちょっと残念でした。

クラシカルでいいホテルでした。空港バスの停留所からも近く、夜でしたが迷わず行けました。 浴室の固定シャワーが少し使いにくかったです（お湯と水の温度を調節し、適温にする事） 私にはベッドが柔らかすぎました。。。

古い建物ではあるものの、タオルやシーツなど清潔だった。総合的にみても、宿泊費が高すぎる。また、レセプションの女性の対応も災厄で、とても残念なホテルだった、ら

歴史の有る、小さなホテルでした。 部屋が少々狭く、浴槽が無かったのが残念でしたが、受付の方も大変感じが良く、部屋も清潔で、満足しています。 立地も大変良いです。

居心地の良いクラシックホテルです。１/１から１/４まで３泊スイートの朝食付きで予約しました。何種類からチョイスの朝食はボリューム十分で食べきれないくらいです。二人でサービスしているので時間帯により少し待たされることがあります。12/21から1/4までピアでテイストオブタスマニアというイベントが開催されておりとても賑わっていました。ビジターセンターやツアーの発着地は２ブロック程、ショッピングモールも逆側に２ブロック程でとても便利な立地です。チェックイン・チェックアウトもとてもスムースでストレスを感じません。クラシックなエレベーターはゆっくりです。

今回部屋をアップグレードしてもらい、大きな部屋に宿泊でき、調度の立派さに驚きつつ、ゆっくり寛げた。

観光すべき場所から近く、商店街からも近くいろいろ便利なホテル。 由緒もあり部屋や建物の調度品なども立派。 泊まって良かった。

とても素敵なホテルでした。内装はクラシカルで美しく、室温、家具、どれもちょうどよくくつろげました。 朝食は、いろいろ卵料理のメニューがあり、楽しめました。でも自分たちは時間があまりなくせわしなく食べてしまいました。朝食がゆっくりできるプランを立てておけばよかったと思いました。 また、コンシェルジュの方の親身な対応にも好感が持てました。またぜひ利用したいホテルです。

they'er really kind! when we were go out on a rainy day, they lent me an umbrella! and the location is good. if you wanna go to harbor area, it is 8min on your foot. if you wanna go to salamanca market, also 8 min!

部屋はきれいでバスタブもあり、快適でした。近くの提携駐車場もよかったです。

Wir hatten das Hotel für drei Nächte gebucht und wären auch noch gern länger geblieben, wenn unser Reiseplan es zugelassen hätte. Wir waren jedenfalls von dem Flair des Hauses und von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden ganz begeistert. In den Räumlichkeiten des Hotels fühlte man sich in das 19. Jahrhundert zurückversetzt. Auch unser Zimmer strahlte eine solche schöne Atmosphäre aus. Beim Frühstück hatte man die Auswahl zwischen der Full- und Continental-Variante. Ein reichhaltiges Angebot, das die Service-Kräfte stets im Blick hatten und bei Bedarf nachlegten. Sehr gastorientiert war auch die Möglichkeit des kostenlosen Wäschewaschens und -trocknens. Da das Hotel auch sehr zentral zum Hafenbereich liegt können wir es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Great historic hotel in a convenient location. FYI I was ticketed for parking in the pickup/drop off area for less than 5 minutes in order to get the parking pass for the garage - not the hotel’s fault but Hobart traffic cops are apparently a bunch of a**holes so be aware if you need to park a car.

Comfy well appointed room, decent wardrobe space, good bed. Air con was a little noisy so I was grateful of my earplugs. Curtains blocked out the light which was good. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable, not a massive selection but enough (didn’t like the juice)

The staff (particularly front desk) were fantastic and could not have done more to be helpful and entertaining. Our room (a superior one) was dark and did not have enough light either natural or lighting. The bathroom was great, modern but in the style of the hotel. The carpets were worn and didn’t give the best impression. Bar is popular early, but don’t expect a nightcap after 10 - even at weekends. Location is great and history is fascinating. Not sure it was worth over $300 a night excluding breakfast though.
