Property was clean, quiet, and very convenient for our travel purposes.

Close to the stores that I love and right across Mexican restaurant/ bar

Good location in nanuet. The room smelled like mothballs and felt dingy. The best was pretty comfortable though.

I have never given a review like this before. The room had a terrible noxious chemical smell, like some kind of extreme “cleaner,” that was overpowering. (We had arrived very late at night and this was prepaid, so finding another hotel was impractical. Also we were told there were no other rooms available. However the lobby had a similar smell—though not as overpowering—so I suspect it was something the hotel uses regularly. ) I had a respiratory allergic reaction to this that lasted the rest of the day. All clothes we had there were not wearable until they were washed later. In addition, the room door had been broken into and the security device was broken off. The lock was still there (or had been replaced). Minor issues: hot and cold were reversed in the shower and the hair dryer did not work.

Property was dated, and seemed unkept. Needs a deep clean and freshen up. Breakfast included was joke. Mini Muffins and breakfast bars?

We did not feel safe in the first room and it smelled bad. We were moved to another room. And it was better but just not a great room. Never again

We got the room in front of entrance and next to the stairs, too much noise and a man was sitting on the stairs all night. The room was smelly and the beds were not clean. Staff provided new beds sheets after we informed them. I would rated it below average, but staffs were more professional. Therefore I gave 3-star.

Mice running around in the room in the middle of the night

I would not recommend staying here. I booked a 2 night stay and left in the middle of the night on the second day. The room smelled even though I requested non smoking and the sheets were stained. The only good thing I can say is the staff is friendly. There is no elevator. Doesn't feel safe if yoire traveling alone. The water comes out cold in the shower and changed after a few minutes to hot.

Great place to stop before a flight out of JFK. The staff was wonderful- upon check in I was given a treat which was delicious. Overall, great stay! Thank you!
