ホテルは便利な場所にあり、スタッフも親切でしたが、最初に案内された部屋はカビ臭が強くて眠れなかったので、部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、受付係の方がとても親切に対応してくれました。

私はここに2泊しました。部屋は新しくて素敵で、ここのマネージャーはまあまあで、礼儀正しく、態度も良く、私をたくさんサポートしてくれました。

We have had a wonderful weekend getaway at Renaissance. The view to Saigon River from the bedroom is magnificient! The breakfast were tasty and the hotel staff were super friendly and paid attention to little details.

Hotel is on renovation, so the lobby doesn't look nice. However, everything was good, hotel guys are helpful and very nice. They always help my mother - who is on wheel-chair. Breakfast is really delicious and location is great.

The hotel is under renovation so it is quite annoying. However, other facilities are good -- with very good breakfast. Will come back next time.
