とてもおしゃれでアクセスも良かったです。

Although I arrived late at night, they kindly helped me with the check-in process. I was also able to buy drinks in the lobby, which was convenient as I didn't have to go outside.

3泊しましたが、フェイスタオルの交換がされてない日があったり、バスタオルが全く ホテル使用のタオルではなくうす汚れたバスマットのようなタオルを置かれていた時があり、設備にもかなりの古さを感じました。 立地は良かったです。

フロントスタッフがどの人も優しく、安心して滞在できました。 駅からすぐの立地ですが、各観光地までは徒歩でも大丈夫な距離でした。

I would like the front desk to be a little more friendly as there are not many language-friendly staff, but most of the staff are polite so I would use them again.

朝食は種類多く美味しい。 野菜は少ないので残念。

このホテルは3回目ですが、何時ものクオリティで安心してます。 到着して、シャワーしか無かったので、フロントに言ったら、直ぐに手配してもらえました。 上の階の方のいびきが夜中気になって起きてしまう事が度々ありました。2泊我慢したら、翌日はチェックアウトだったようで、残り2日は良く眠る事が出来ました。

スタッフはいつも丁寧です。クリスマスにも食事ができて助かりました。朝食は新鮮なパプリカはじめ、日本人も好める食材で助かります。部屋も清潔で、シャワーが弱いのは難点（妻は問題ないと）。夜変なリズミカルな音が聞こえたのは残念ですが、問題なしとします。タクシーもすぐに呼んでくれて立地もよく次も利用したい

トイレ・浴室の排水に伴う異音がひどかった。自部屋だけでなく、上階の使用に伴って発生するため、高頻度に発生。一晩で２回目覚めさせられた。 10年以上前より数十回宿泊しているが初の経験。

部屋に冷蔵庫、電気ポットがあって便利だった。利用してないがロビーにATMがあった。周辺は静かで良い。

いつも利用していますが、今回は残念でした。 朝食会場に準備されていた食器があらっていないんじゃないかってものばかり。。 きわめつけは先にセットされていたコーヒーカップに口紅がべったりついてました。 スタッフの方はいつも笑顔で親切で好きなホテルなので、とても残念でした。

I had a disappointing and somewhat unsafe experience during my stay. The shower floor was extremely slippery, which caused me to fall twice. I requested a shower mat from the front desk on two separate occasions, and each time I was told someone would bring it, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and concerning, especially given the safety risk. On a more positive note, the breakfast was acceptable, but the options were limited and not very healthy. Overall, the lack of response from staff regarding a basic safety request significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel improves both its responsiveness and guest safety measures.

The breakfast has plenty of options and was delicious. The location is exactly where you want to be… close to attractions and dining.

The room was big enough but the bathroom a bit tired with old fashioned curtain over the bath for shower and small bath towels. Everything was clean. 2 staff in the dining room were brash but the senior lady was lovely. Excellent breakfast but they took their eye off the ball and you had to wait for items to be replenished or ask. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great for walking everywhere or to gain access to trains etc.
