室内のコーヒーメイカーに、コーヒーが補充されていないことがあった。ティッシュがなくなったが補充してくれなかった

よくホリデーインを利用させてもらってるが、ここ程酷い所は初めて。 フロントにいる何人かの女性担当者のやる気のなさにはあきれる。 二日間、二部屋借りたが、そのうちの一部屋バスマットがなかった。ないまま使用。翌日、当然ハウスキーピングしてもらえると思ってたがサービスなし。夕方、フロントにタオルの換えをもらいに。その時何の説明もなし。チェックイン時、何の説明なし。 コインランドリーが使用できない。予約時全く情報なし。旅行のなか日で、洗濯する予定にしてた。コインランドリーがないなら、予約しなかった。近くのコインランドリーを聞いて行ったが、教えられた場所にはなかった。適当なフロント女性の対応に怒りを覚える。 部屋は古いからか、カーペットなど汚く衛生的にもよくない。 ホリデーインの朝食は無料（普通は宿泊費には含まれてるのでしょう？）で、それなりに良いと思ってるが、ここは有料。お金払った割に良くなかった。 駐車場は暗く、ぶっそう。車上荒らしが心配。 等々、まだまだ不満あり。

部屋は広くてきれい、バスタブがあるのがうれしい。お湯もすぐ出る。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーも部屋にあり便利。ロビーにも無料のコーヒーサービスがある。歩いて行ける範囲にレストラン、スーパーがあるのもうれしい。

毎年このホテルに泊まっています。今年はバスタオルが新しくなっていたように思います。 浴槽、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシンついています。

Lots of noise because of construction. Parking Area had significant amount of trash. Reception was excellent.

The hotel is completely run down. The initial room I was given the bathroom appeared dirty. There was soap suds and hair in the shower and bathroom floor. The staff was kind enough to switch our room but the new room bathroom had a peeling tub. And this time I found a strand of hair in the bed. Because I've been driving all day and had somewhere else to be shortyly i just accepted the room and wasnt able to return until after midnight. I won't be back but hopefully the renovations help when it is done because it was a nice quiet location.

The hotel was run down. Our room had a fast leak in the shower. I found dried contact lenses in the bathroom. M & M’s on the floor. Dusty. Peeling wallpaper. Black gouges in bath tub. And the rug was obviously very dirty.

The property was being renovated and all of the indoor amenities where unavailable it was really disappointing the carpets were taped down and half off the building was shut down. I asked for a broom around 4pm and they refused and made us switch rooms bc there was no housekeeping staff there for the rest of the day. The ice machine was also out of order. There is so much i can say about this property i was devastated.

Convenient for my daughter who lived 10 minutes away to pick me up.

Scared to park, lots of people hanging around in their cars, it felt unsafe.

This was by far the nastiest hotel that I have ever stayed in. I paid for two rooms and they were both dirty, smelled, carpet was moist and bathroom was atrocious. Overall a horrible experience.

This property is in very poor condition. There are smells in the room area and the bathrooms were disgusting. I rented two rooms and they were both the same. They have plug-in air fresheners in the hallways as well and on top of that they are doing renovations. I wish this info were available before I paid in advance for these nasty rooms. I was told that because I booked thru Expedia there was nothing that they could do for me.

The property is run down but currently undergoing rennovations so it will definitely look nicer when it is done. In the meantime, there was not fitnrss room available. Staff super friendly and helpful.

The staffs there were amazing . Especially Mr Brandon , he’s such a gentle man . His customer service was excellent and I’m definitely coming back to visit because of him .

The hotel is under construction, which was not disruptive, however the laundry and gym were not available which we didn't know when we booked. The room and beds were comfortable, linens fresh, a good size mini-fridge and freezer, and a good location in Greenbelt. We would've benefited from a recycle bin in the room and breakfast included.

Advertised to have a bar but no bar at all. That was one of the reasons i wanted to stay there should have gotten half off
