きれいなホテルで快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ビュッフェの朝食のクロワッサン、美味しかったです。

スタッフがとても親切で素晴らしい時間を過ごせた。

ホテルにいる間、快適に過ごせました。屋上にテラスがあったり、ピアノがあったり、くつろげるスペースがたくさんありました。絵もたくさんあり、細部までこだわりが良かったです。 日本人のスタッフもいました。スタッフもたくさんいて、みんな常に楽しそうでした。 中央市場、スーパー、観光地なども近く、歩いていけました。

到着の日の空港からのタクシーをホテルを通じて依頼したら、60ユーロと2倍以上の高額であった。 スタッフはどの方も親切。会議場へのトラムの往還の説明は適切で大変助かりました。Madamに感謝いたします。 会議は朝8時からであった。朝食は7時半からなので、間に合わないと言ったら早めに食べさせてくれた。掃除はいきとどいている。ベッドメイキングも気持ちよい。洗面台の栓が空かなくなり、結局最後まで治らなかった。

一泊だけでしたが、快適に過ごすことができました。日本人のスタッフの方がいらして、丁寧に情報を教えていただき、大変助かりました。英語も当然通じますが、やはり日本語で話して頂けると細かいニュアンスがよく分かり、大変有意義な滞在になりました。 駅から歩ける距離にあるホテルなので、外が少しくらくなりかけたくらいに電車で到着しても、タクシーを使うことなくホテルに着くことができます。ただし、iPhoneのマップで表示されている場所が、通りを一本間違えていたようで、少し迷ってしまいました。これまで、外国で何度かiPhoneのマップを使っていましたが、このようなことはなく、何が原因なのかよく分かりません。いずれにせよ、全体的に高いホテルが多いイタリアで、コスパは素晴らしいと思います。

四つ星ホテルだったが、ホテルWi-Fiが入りにくいかったり、朝方になるとお湯が出なかったりと、その点が残念だった。ホテル内の照明は暗めで、雰囲気は落ち着いていた。

Is a preaty hotel but needs cleaning, the rugs of the common areas are very dirty, the entire hotel needs some tlc, is ok to be old and cozy but not dirty. Please fix this the actual premises have a good vive

Sehr gute Lage, alle Besichtigungen in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer und Bad und alle öffentlichen Räume sauber! Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovation wäre nötig da der Boden der Dusche mit den Kacheln sehr rutschig ist

Very nice boutique hotel. Quaint and beautiful furnishings and artwork. Friendly and helpful front desk and food service staff.

The rooftop terrace was an absolute gem, you can see the Duomo from the upper most deck, and it’s a quiet refuge from a long day around town. Our room & beds were comfy. The staff made the stay perfect. Front desk and the morning breakfast crew(the breakfast spread was wonderful!)were all very kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
