夜、近くの道は治安がいいわけではないけれど、ホテルは綺麗で、設置されているシャンプー、コンディショナーも良かったです。 スタッフも対応が良かったです！ 歯ブラシがなかったので、近くのドラッグストアで買いました！

立地が良く海沿いの観光も便利でした 清潔感のあるお部屋でした フロントスタッフさんはゆっくり英語で説明してくださり、親切な印象でした

Location room were great. Joi at front desk very helpful. Only complaint is they have a $15 voucher for a drink each day at the Pescatore restaurant in hotel. We paid $48 US for two espresso martinis. They include an automatic $18% gratuity, $5 for employee association, $6 resort fee taxes etc… so be aware.

Water pressure was not great in shower, wish they had more than one person at front desk, otherwise stay was great location and beautifully decorated.

The hotel is well positioned and is ok- needs some refurbishment

Room was nice, The bed was comfortable, It was a little loud but that was not the hotels fault as we were close to a busy street. Walking distance to the wharf and close to the cable cars so easy to get around. Staff charged up my car while it was in the garage at no additional cost.

Overall nice experience. The room was small without a mini fridge or a coffee pot. This made it inconvenient for our morning beverages.

The property was very nice. Enjoyed the fire pits and roasting marshmallows with the kiddos! Staff were very nice and helpful. Close to beach and restaurants.

It is a beautiful hotel in the heart of all we wanted to see!! The restaurant was delicious. It was fun to have had s'mores in the courtyard, a bottle of wine in our room and steps away from the wharf and pier 39. The big red bus stop is two blocks away, and Trader Joe’s on the other side of the hotel! We can’t wait to visit again, SOON!!

It was quiet and a Starbucks was walkable. 3 blocks away

The stay was wonderful only thing is they overbooked the original room we reserved so we had to get a smaller bed but the comped out breakfast so it was ok. The staff was very friendly especially the girl there at night. Super easy to get to wharf and other places. Would def go again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zoe. The staff were very polite & knowledgeable. The room and bathroom was very small but sufficient for a one or two night stay. I would stay here again!
