アメニティなども何もついていないです。 立地の割にお値打ちなので贅沢はいえない。 ただ、シャワーのお湯が出るまでに異様に時間がかかり、しかもいつまで経ってもぬるいのが困った。なぜか洗面台の方は熱いお湯が出たので、洗髪時には持参のプラコップに汲んでかぶった。 スタッフさんはとってもフレンドリーで親切。

2階のツインルームにとまりました。道路に面しているため外の音（パトカーとか消防車とかクラクションとか）が聞こえます。が、かえってニュークぽくてよかったです。また、朝は７時～９時にベーグルやマフィンやコーヒーや紅茶がタダで食べれてお得でした。 設備に関しては、ほかの方の書き込み通り、風呂のお湯をためるための蓋が壊れてました。しかし、持参したガムテープで排水溝をふさぐと、ゆったりお湯につかれました。また、コーヒーメーカはないので、ポットも持参しました。あと、暖房器具は電気ヒーターとオイルヒーターがあるのすが、夜はオイルヒーターは動きません。暑くなりすぎるためと思われますが、電気ヒーターだけでは寒すぎます。毛布がクローゼットの上部に置いてあるので、適宜使うといいと思います。 設備は古いですが、エントランスも部屋も人数のわりにゆったりした造りだし、きれいに掃除されてます。セントラルパークにもカーネギーホールにも近く最高のロケーション、お値段も他のホテルに比べたら超リーズナブルなので、自分で設備を補えれば快適に過ごせるホテルだと思います。

コロンバスサークルにほど近く、ブロードウェイも徒歩圏内なのが良い。そこに価値を見出せるなら良いホテルだと思う。 部屋は広く、清潔だった。シャワーは時間により湯の出が悪く、湯船は備わっているけれど清潔ではなかったため使用を断念した。

次は無いかな、特に冬はと言うのが率直な感想です。まず、外観はバックパッカーが宿泊する所かと思うような感じで、ホテルがある事に全く気付けなかったです。 朝食(パン3種類、コーヒー・紅茶)が付いてるのはとても楽でしたありがたかったです。 部屋は綺麗で広く良かったのですが、とにかく寒い！！暖房機器が小さいヒーターしかなくエアコンは送風と冷風しか出ないもので冬は使えないようでした。ロビーも寒くて従業員もコート着てるレベル。 男性の一人旅か旅慣れしてる女子なら全然OKかと思いますが、普通の感覚できらびやかなNY旅をイメージして行かれる方には本当に向かないと思います。これで他のホテルと同じ値段って…って悲しくなります。

米国の安価なホテルにしては、エアコン、冷蔵庫完備は良い点（高価でも、エアコンや冷蔵庫が備わっているとは限らないが）。場所（コロンバス・サークルから２ブロック南）も便利。一方、バスタブの排水溝の栓が壊れていたり、シャワーしか出なかったり、建物・施設が古いのは覚悟していたが、不具合もあり。

The location is quite good. We could go to the Times square and the Central park on foot. And there are a lot of restaurants and a supermarket, drugstore. After watching the Broadway musical, we could have dinner easily. Since we arrived around noon, we wanted to leave our luggage first, and they accept that. But our luggage were just put in lobby, So I worried about security. And after room keeping, although we stayed 2person, there were only a pair of towel. So we had to require extra one. But at that time, the front stuff responded immediately and kindly.

タイムズスクエアからは少し歩く程度でアクセスは悪くなく、周りもガヤガヤしてなくてしずかでした。 ですが、ゴミ箱が部屋になく、浴槽の汚れも目立ちました。宿泊後の感想としては、ホテルの状態を見ると宿泊料がもう少し安くても良いかと思います。

If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. However, I personally loved this hotel. It was very small and minimalist - and very simple. Yet, it offered every single thing a traveler needs: Clean room and amenities; AMAZING location, good price, and super friendly staff. Additionally, it was really quiet (even in the middle of the city), and it felt safe. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is quite adequate for a short-term stay in New York City. The staff members were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Our shower was broken and not fixed during our stay. Otherwise it was fine.

Convenient, clean, affordable. I checked for bed bugs (because of past experience) and, none to be found. Small but adequate for two people. Staff was very friendly. 5 minutes of the Hudson Parkway. Great if you’re spending most of your time walking around.

A 2 STAR HOTEL AT BEST...DREARY ROOM WITH WINDOW AC THAT LEAKED..A FEW ANTS IN THE ROOM.

I was a woman travelling alone and felt quite safe. It is a few blocks from Carnegie Hall, and MoMA.

This quiet little hotel was perfect for our visit to Carnegie Hall. It appears to have been recently renovated. Clean, comfortable, cute and cozy.
