昨年12月にリニューアルオープンしたとのことで、設備はきれいで、ベッド、シャワー、トイレ、テレビなど部屋の設備は快適でした。 ただ暖房設備は古いままなので、作動音が大きく、人によっては安眠できないかもしれません。たまたまですが部屋の向かいに廊下のエアコンの吹き出し口があり、部屋のドアを開けたとたんに風が直接顔に当たるのもちょっと不快でした。 朝食は宿泊料金に含まれていないものの、バラエティもあり、美味しかったので満足でした。夕食はバーラウンジでの提供になるので、少し雰囲気は出ないかもですね。周りには美味しいアジア系レストランがいくつかあります。

Everything was impressive from the lobby to our room.

Room was spacious and comfortable.

Checking was very easy, staff was amazing, the cookies were delicious! And the room was beautiful and very clean!

Checking in is horrible.

Nice and spacious room, very comfortable bed, breakfast is phenomenal.

The water pressure in that room was very low. it takes about 5 minutes for the shower to heat up. There is nothing comfortable to sit on in that room except for that hard bench. it would be nice to have a comfortable chair at least.

Great place, loved every thing except on of the servers chose to display a lot of attitude that impact my experience.

The room was clean.

Three persons room only had two bed reading lamp so there is very dark. Coffee machine is dirty and only has two small milk. No coffee in public area.

The pool was closed as I assume it was because of the large hockey team there, we booked this hotel for the pool for my daughter so it made my stay a bit less exciting for her and had to spend extra money for activities. Definitely should let people booking prior to this if amenities are not available.

Can check in because visa is down. I need to cancel
