昨年12月にリニューアルオープンしたとのことで、設備はきれいで、ベッド、シャワー、トイレ、テレビなど部屋の設備は快適でした。 ただ暖房設備は古いままなので、作動音が大きく、人によっては安眠できないかもしれません。たまたまですが部屋の向かいに廊下のエアコンの吹き出し口があり、部屋のドアを開けたとたんに風が直接顔に当たるのもちょっと不快でした。 朝食は宿泊料金に含まれていないものの、バラエティもあり、美味しかったので満足でした。夕食はバーラウンジでの提供になるので、少し雰囲気は出ないかもですね。周りには美味しいアジア系レストランがいくつかあります。

checking in was wonderful. The front staff were friendly and provided helpful information I requested. Restaurant staff were friendly and knowledgable about the menu meals. Elevators were well maintained and smooth ride all the way up. The lobby was beautiful and comfortable.

Staff are friendly. Clean and safe place.

Rooms were very well looked after by cleaning staff. We had a Highway 1 side room which gave a great view of downtown during the day but very noisy due to traffic at night when trying to sleep. Sounded like some street racing going on. Lots of emergency vehicles sirens. Good distance from airport.

Clean room

Housekeeping staff were not very professional. Had an argument outside our room for almost 10 minutes in the hallway.

A man smoking right out front, smelled disgusting. No one at the front desk, had to wait. No cookies at Check-In. What a disappointment to my 4 year old grandson. Booked and paid for a room with 2 Queen Beds, got a room with 2 Double Beds. Won’t stay here again and that’s a bummer because I love Double Trees.

The rooms were clean and comfortable

After 32 straight nights on the road, Doubletree gets an A++ frame m us! First, the front desk was terrific. She changed our room to accommodate us, which was much appreciated. She also gave us great directions for getting food late at night. Next, the beds! Fantastic! By far the best on our trip! Check out at noon? Who does that? We really needed extra time, so that was as great, and breakfast served until 11:00! Overall, a great experience and we will be back!!

Smoke detector started making a racket and noise at 5:15 AM and never give it up till we checked out. I told the counter staff about it and they didn’t do anything for me. Only said he’d send someone to change a battery later never even offered a discount.

The manager I believe her name was Angela or Angelica but she was amazing from first impressions to actually caring. She would be the reason I would come back.
