Omni had turned a national treasure into an overpriced tourist trap. Valet park for $40 a day or self park for $30. $22 cocktails in the lobby. $240 per person per day for use of the onsite “spa” pool or take a shuttle off property to a crowded Holiday Inn grade pool. A couple can enjoy dinner with a view for $300 on the terrace. After all this high end pampering you will be rewarded at check out with a long line and a 30 minute wait because the electronic check out is out of order. Stay away. Stay somewhere else when traveling to Asheville.

It is so hard to find a resort that can handle gluten free / celiac food and do it well and Grove Park Inn nailed it! Everyone was extremely happy with their options and experience.

The Spa is second to none!

What a great place to celebrate your anniversary it is historic and classy and peaceful. It has great dining options shopping, Golf Spa that’s amazing huge Fireplace and the best attentive staff. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating, and it is nestled up in the mountains in a beautiful historic hotel, hands-down one of my favorite getaways in Asheville..

I have a lot of strict food allergies, yet I was treated with the utmost highest quality service and was prepared personalized high quality meals. I looked forward to every meal that was prepared for me and I could tell the chefs tried their best to create something special. Not only the chefs, but all the managers, chefs, and front desk personnel knew about my needs and provided great service. Me and my wife are considering returning in the future!

Hotel was very clean and scenic views no matter where you are ! However, what stood out to us is the truly EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE !

Such a beautiful relaxing & very enjoyable place to stay. We will truly revisit the Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa many more times. So very relaxing & a lot to do there. Excellent restaurants, ice cream, great coffees @ the market & great drinks & shops Can’t convey this enough. Great Great Great

The property was beautiful. Most of the service was amazing.

Spectacular building property amenities and location-- I was here in 1993 and was burned in my mind. One of kind spectacular- the rocking chairs, fireplaces the terraces the trails and views . Room was comfortable but AC didn't work great ( thank god for the windows and breeze was divine) and it was a little dated decor for the price( separately from the historic nature of the property you want to keep- the whole building feel a little dated/ the storn feels dirty ) Dinner at Edison was exceptional in every capacity - the view , the food , the drink the help. Trh grounds are spectacular- breakfast was amazing. Our waitress was literally wonderful. The staff is helpful but a bit slow and reception was unfriendly - didn't say welcome or hello or make much eye contact. Not allowing a guest to even tour the pool grotto when we were nt staying long enough to actually use it is ludicris. Hiding the most famous amenity is just rude and impacted how I felt about coming back.

We had the best short stay at the property. The environment is welcoming and there is always entertainment options on site. The restaurants on site are exquisite and the views are breathtaking. The elevator and vibe were fairytale like.

We had a great time. Everything we needed was available. Fine line between historic and older—some areas might need some updates.

Beautiful accommodations and staff!

The hotel was magnificent. The food and beverage, although pricey, was excellent. The valet parking was a bit disorganized. That’s it .

I liked it all!!!!! Will certainly return.

This was a beautiful property with shops and restaurants and a fantastic spa and golf course. Check in and you never have to leave the property!
