前回は工事中の箇所があったけど、今回は工事は完了していたようで、良かったです。 前回は部屋に椅子が無かったですが、今回はありました。 また、毎日掃除があったのはとても良かったです。

ホテルから徒歩5分のところにFood cityというスーパーマーケット、徒歩15～20分のところにWalmartがあり、また、周辺にはTaco BellやWendy'sなどファストフード店があり、便利でした。 部屋には冷蔵庫、レンジ、アイロンがありました。 フロントの方は、みなさん、フレンドリーです。 朝食は、パン数種、パンケーキ、フルーツ、ヨーグルト、ゆで卵、スクランブルエッグ、ハンバーグ、コーヒー、紅茶、オレンジジュース、アップルジュースがありました。

スーパーやファミレスが近くにある便利なロケーション。部屋の設備は古いが、清潔感があり、禁煙の部屋は臭くなかった。ビジネスの宿泊には十分。

唯一最大の不満といえば洗濯機がないこと。今回目的はREACTというのに参加予定であり、目的に対する立地条件としては最高であった。いかんせ公共交通機関など何もない場所であり、Smoke moutainという名所までもかなり距離があるためレンタカーが必要。

朝食がしょぼい以外は全てＯＫなホテル。ファーストフード店やレストランがすぐそばで、外食するには困らない。

Air conditioner in room constantly turned on and off never got comfortably cool. Difficult to sleep with that happening. Otherwise fine. Area kind of run down but okay. Had to drive a few miles for anything but fast food.

I’m a repeat customer at this hotel. I always enjoy my stay. Polite staff and clean hotel. Recommend to others.

Was just an over night stay and it worked fine for what we needed

Very Happy with Our Stay at the Quality Inn in Oak Ridge, Sold our Townhouse, & needed a Hotel because was moving to FL & was leaving on Sunday...Very Accomodating with a Room on the First Floor for Our Dog...Slept Very Well.....Yummy Bagel for Breakfast, A+, Super Awesome!!

Walked in the lobby area and it smelled clean, check in was super easy. Allowed me to check in a couple hours early. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Only issue was, when you walk in the room it’s hot may need to leave the air on. I plan on staying again. Great stay

Interior was well kept and hot breakfast was good. Good size room and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was in rough shape and several people hanging around often outside was undesirable. Perhaps construction workers living there for the week and others from around the area too? Multiple people parking parallel the curb made it difficult to maneuver.

from the time i checked in until i checked out ,my stay was excellent...the staff is friendly and the room was clean and there is nothing to complain about.i enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning and coffee available all day........thats why i gave it a 5 star...i will be returning again in the future.....

Probably the two key factors that led me to this hotel were relatively low price and acceptance of pets. This is a good solid choice for the area, the breakfast was better than expected. When staying for several days room service is not provided unless specifically requested. The staff were all very pleasant. Overall there is no reason to avoid, just be aware this is not the "Ritz." Yes, I would readily stay here again.

Room had clearly been smoked in- we went immediately to ask to switch rooms, the desk clerk claimed she “didn’t know how” to do that, and told us to open the window. The entire place was really rough, with patched, puttied, cobbled together areas.

Stayed here before and that's why I booked again.Booked a king suite but they put me in a regular double room they did not even offer to put me in the room I booked and yes there was a price difference, also the bathroom was not very clean very noisy seems like people were coming and going late into the night also the breakfast this time was very poor don't know if I will ever stay again.

Property is in poor maintenance. Room AC made a horrible vibrating noise while running. Tub handle came off in my hand. Front desk clerk was rude when checking out.
