- 費用対効果は、高いと思います。 - スタッフの方は、人によります。親切に話をしてくれる方もいれば、必要最低限の対応に徹している方もお見掛けします。 - 洗面所の排水が詰まり気味でした。浴槽は、髪の毛が詰まっており、自分で対処する必要がありました。その他、室内は、きちんと清掃されています。 - 目覚ましは、最初から故障しており、電源も入りませんでした。 - ロケーションは、良いと思います。 - 駐車場も多く、停めやすいです。 - 朝食は、マフィンとエナジーバー的なものが、毎朝出ます。長期滞在の際は、簡単でも自炊が大事だと思います。 - 洗濯機、乾燥機は、それぞれ 3 ドルだったかと記憶しています。共用ですが、清潔でした。 - 安全性もよいと思います。 - 長期滞在にて、費用を抑えたい方にとっては、よい選択肢であると思います。 - 排水溝の問題はありましたが、同じような状況がありましたら、再度選択するかなとは思います。

電話回線が不通☎️不便でした

従業員教育が必要。宿泊客に対する対応が非常に悪く口の利き方もなっていない。アジア系の男性従業員がその最たるもので、ホテルの従業員としての自覚がない。ホテルの評価を下げホテルの評価点が悪いのも理解できる。他の従業員はまともだが女性従業員は依頼事項の対処が全くできなく放置された。 今後の改善点は ①宿泊客が気持よく泊まれるよう考えるべき。 ②受けた依頼事項は必ず実行する。 ③質の割に値段が高すぎ ④朝食付きと明記しているが、あれは朝食ではない ➄部屋の掃除をしないのであれば宿泊料を大幅に下げるべき ⑥部屋が汚なすぎ

立地条件の良さからここ何度か一週間の滞在期間で利用してるが、今回は最悪でした。 チェック・アウト前日の夜に、シャワーを使おうとしたが、バスタブの中が小さな蟻が沢山うようよし、次の朝も同じで気持ち悪く結局使用せず。マネージャーらしき男性に確認してもらったが、 対応はバスタブと壁との間に出来た小さの穴を見て、あー、後でペンキ塗っとくから・・・ 建物自体が古いせいもあるが、落ち度の無いお客に対して考えられない対応。 クレームするのも面倒になり、結局選ぶのはこっちだよな・・とホテルを後にした次第。

２階の部屋だったがエレベーター無し。大きなスーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。タオル類は使い込まれ過ぎて薄くなり、白が薄汚れた色になっている。ベッドのシーツはヨレヨレ。キッチンスペースの床はベタベタ。トイレの水漏れまでありました。前泊者の洗剤か？部屋に独特の臭いあり。全てにおいて清潔感無し。フロントにスタッフが居ないことが多い。この地域に泊まる必要があり、１泊のみで遅いチェックインだったため我慢したが、今まで泊まったホテルの中で最悪でした。

モールが近くとても便利、 レストラン、銀行など日常生活に必要な施設はほとんど揃ってて生活の不便さは全くない！

Staff were so sweet and helpful. Room was clean and livable but nothing fancy. Overall good experience.

The staff was trying to be very helpful. But I requested 2 queen beds they had that, but it was upstairs. I asked if they had anything ground level, they tried there hardest to fine it was a no go. I said I would take the king with hide abed if it was ground level again, they tried there hardest with no lucky. So, I excepted the second level room, but it turned out to be the king with hide abed. I slept on the hide abed. I would have been better off on the floor. Two days later and I still have back pain & feel bruised today. There was no coffee machine, no hide a bed sheets, no trash can, I had to call for all of those items. It was miserable. If I was going to be 2 level, I needed my 2 queen beds. I was trying for ground level because I was traveling with my parents (87 years old ) with heart disease and leg issues. my dad had to take nitro to make it up 2 level, thankfully it worked for him. I did not know how to cancel my room to find a better solution which your staff had found for me at another of your hotels. I could not pay twice for one night. I would appreciate how to contact you to cancel if need be, all your staff could say was call you there are no numbers to call. You hide a bed is old and needs replaced it was like sleeping on gravel, no one space with out bumps.

My stay was comfortable and good, however you do need a car if you are staying at this hotel.

It was a pleasant stay an love the. Cleanliness of my room price was a little high would’ve been better if it had a better breakfast, but can’t complain, I got to eat and it was quite nice

The room was in awful condition, drapes almost falling off, holes in the furniture. No ice to had anywhere I was left with 1 cup. Worst was getting into bed and after an hour I stared itching, from the bleach that hadn’t been rinsed off or used to much to wash the linens I had to sleep in my sweats to keep the itching from keeping me awake most of the night. I filed a complaint and the desk person agreed and apologized. No way to operate an hotel and charge what you do for a room. I checked out that morning to find a clean place to stay.

Very basic hotel in bad need of updating. Our room had a distinct odor which I can only attribute to guests being allowed to cook. There was some mildew smell near the tub as well. Beds were “ok” but mine squeaked. Pillows were flat. The blackout curtains could not fully block the bright LED lights outside - glad we had sleep masks. Definitely needs some upgrades and maintenance. We also got the vibe that shenanigans take place on property. A couple of times cars were parked in the driving lane (not parking stall), lights off, and people were in the car. Hmm…

Good quality and low price!!!

I’ve stayed in motels that were so dingy and outdated yet double the price of this stay. This place was clean, garbage bins were close by and always being emptied. Laundry room was updated and you could pay with card. The rooms had plenty of space for a comfortable long stay.

Convenient to the shopping mall and dining place. Enough car parking.

Needs upgrade somethin fierce. Very outdated.

NICE STAFF clen and quiet ; but breakfast was granola bars and muffins ; they call it a 'grab brekfast' butits really snack; they dint =even have milk for te coffee...
