場所は良いですが、部屋は暗い感じがします。

I stayed in rm 220 on the 2nd floor, and it had small roaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas! I had to shake my clothes and personal items to insure I did not take anything with me! This room needs to be DEFOGGED and not used until the infestation is taken care of! I was very dissatisfied with my stay!

Upon arrival I was told the room was not available and they could not contact me to let me know. No reason was given as to why the room was not available!

This was the worse experience of my life, the faucet on the bathtub was broken and the water would not get to the shower head. Called the front desk but the didn’t send anyone to fix it

The room was fine, spacious for the cost and met its purpose. However, there was not one amenity available, no silverware, glasses, dining ware, no ice, nothing. I have been to other Extended Stay properties and all cooking and dining things were included in the room. There was a note in the room that the front office had these things, but when I asked all they had were plastic spoons and disposable cups. There were also broke down vehicles in the parking lot that looked like they were being used as storage facilities. Also, no elevators at all.
