良かったです

年2度、20回位利用しているが、あまり変わらない。これから利用するかもしれない方達には 必要な物はどんどん要求する、分からない事はどんどん聞く、待っていても何も変わらないと高を括って利用して欲しいと思います。立地条件等も良いので、慣れれば居心地は良いと思います。

シーツの交換は７日に一度、タオルの交換もフロントにもって行かなければなりませんが、それなりに清潔で便利なホテルです。キッチンもバスタブもあります。 値段を考えれば満足できるものだと思います。 朝食付きとありますが、シリアルバーとマフィンが棚に置いてあるだけでした。

There was only 1 trash can in the room & it was in the kitchen. The stair well smelled like urine. The elevator didn’t work for a day. We were on the 2nd floor & my husband was on crutches. The website there was breakfast. It was muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal & coffee. The rooms were old & tired. Looked like they haven’t been updated since the 70’s.

Fiquei por apenas uma noite. Quarto grande com geladeira, fogão, microondas etc. O úncio senão foi o dito café da manhã oferecido. Apenas um cantinho do café, não tem nem lugar para sentar. Sem leite, sem frutas, sem pão, sem queijo etc. Muffin enbrulhado separadamente e barrinha de cereal. Uma decepção !!!! Fiquei anteriormente num hotel em Naples/FL e o café da manhã era muito bom ... enfim... armadilhas americanas.

The absolute worse mold is the shower horrible pull out bed

I have nothing but Praise for Extended Stay on 5th St in Monrovia CA and this will be My Go To when I am in the area in need of a Motel , Extended Stay is a Much Better Motel than the El Rancho Motel in Pasadena And Or Motel 6 and Better Prices Actually Better All Around

The young lady representative with the short hair was exceptionally helpful and polite. She offered extra time if needed to check out even though we did not need it. The location did not have pool or Jacuzzi which was unfortunate, we would have indulged, but that was not why we were there. The restaurant are in quick proximity which we loved. The vending machine was pricy, a bag of chips was $4.05. The rooms are a bit older and shower had paint peeling and the shower head sprayed weird but the sleep was good and comfy and the water was long lasting hot. I would stay there again.

Buen lugar

I was very dissatisfied with my stay. This was the only hotel that had availability and the AC was not working. Along with that, there was a funky smell as he walked into the room. I tried asking the front to see if there was any other room available and they told me no and the best they can do is offer a 15% discount. That still does not justify the condition I am in from how I slept. Then they wanted to charge me a late checkout.

Great location for us, comfortable room. We stayed a few nights - the kitchen was perfect for cooking a couple of meals. At the beginning of our stay there was a booking error and we didn't get the right room; employee Heidi went above and beyond to make sure we got moved to the right room the next night. Kudos to her for great customer service.

Where should I begin the girl who was at the front desk that evening seemed less interested in me as a I with her. She was Kurt and seemed as if I was wasting her time. Considering I really only stayed the one night she didn't offer let us prorate you stay as a dorm or gesture of good faith and communion. That's how you

Older and a little run down. Like the bathroom should be redone. It had an "older" smell when walking in. However, everything was clean. The fridge was clean and cold. Had a stove, idk if it worked. The microwave was the smallest microwave I've ever seen, but it worked. For a weekend stay, it fulfilled our needs. Staff was friendly, gave us an extra towel, soap, and shampoo. Check in/out was easy. Oh only downside, don't take the stairs, it smelled like urine.

Nice and safe area. Staff were very friendly. When we first arrived the room given to us had a not so cold air conditioner but as soon as told the front desk they changed our room. Very easy. Great place to stay and will definitely be back.

Cleanliness big issue

Quarto sujo ,sem limpeza,e caso quisesse que lavasse roupas de cama tem que levar até a recepção..disseram que serviço de limpeza é a cada duas semanas.. tem fogão no quarto mas não tem nenhum utensilio disponível ,tudo tinha que pedir na recepção,complicado pra quem aluga na esperança de que vai cozinhar isso dificultou bastante e também itens de higiene como papel higiênico,por exemplo tinha que pedir na recepção.café é razoável já que só tinha opção de muffim.funcionarios educados.local estratégico já que tem metrô a 10 minutos de caminhada..
