周辺にお店が何もなかった

tukwila駅まで歩いて行ける距離で利便性は良い。周りにコンビニ、ファーストフード店もあるので便利です。23時までに、部屋に必要な物をフロントで受け取る必要がある。23時すぎると翌日6:00まで受け取れないので注意が必要。朝の朝食のマフィンはすごい美味しいです！

従業員はシティーホテルのようにフレンドリーではないです。アパートメント式なのでハウスキーピングは言わないとありませんし、食器やコップ、ドライヤーなども部屋にないのでフロントでもらいます。 気を使いたくない人はいいと思います。シャンプーリンスは持参するほうがいいでしょう。

Was very disappointed

Great

It was clean, but the inside of the room was filled with dust due to the construction project across the street. It was really , really bad. I left 30 minutes into my stay. Couldn't stand it.

Staff was super rude!

Not in the best conditions. The bathroom cabinets were broken, and when we walked into our room it smelled like dirty wet water and the stench never left. The walls had a bad paint job, the lamp shades were broken as well. This location needs a serious upgrade because it is just in low average conditions.

On the positive side it was super quiet. Never heard neighbors at all and it was packed. New mattresses and tvs were also a plus. But the place was dirty. To the point that I left muddy footprints in the shower from the floor. Check in was a lot of complaining about the job/facility.

It was a comfortable place But i got bite up, so did my grandkids. And the shower leaked all over, soaking everything. Mutiple times. I would like a discount or my money back.

uncomfortable bed

Clean room and comfortable bed. The cooktop/stove is old newer model would be easier to use. Garbage cans were stationed near entrance/exits stuffed with trash. This took away from ambiance of hotel. Garbage cans should be hidden away behind a fence or something. Nice shopping and restaurant area within a mile of hotel. Yet, we would stay here again.

In a good location. But the floor was filthy. Our toilet didn’t work and maintenance apparently was not on duty through our entire stay. We had to plunge just water down. Smelled like cigarettes. Heater blew out clouds of smoke. Very dissatisfied.

It was a dirty room and the paint was peeling off the wall. I didn’t feel like I could take a shower there and get clean. They left a used mini shampoo on the sink and a bar of soap. Thankfully that wasn’t used.

Had a kitchenette

it is a eco option- for a overnight sleep solo- not family friendly

TV didn't work. main light flashing in kitchen. people smoking on balcony, people living obviously living there. really bad!

Pro: the staff were friendly and efficient Cons: 1. Hallways were dirty, stained and smelled 2. the room itself had the smell of old cigars, even tho it was a non-smoking facility. Perhaps the cleaning products? 3. LVT flooring was dirty - if you walked across the room your socks or your feet were filthy. My guess, they don't mop the floors, only dust them 4. Large ceiling light outside the bathroom had no cover (it was propped on the wall below) and did not function, the electric panel door had been ripped off and was on a table, and part of one of the walls (corner) was crumbling 5. The hot and cold faucets in bathroom were reversed and mis-labeled

I never got my room i made reservations for. Upon check in i was told there were no rooms available. Extended Stay America took my money and will not do a refund.
